Extremely dirty, all rooms have a horrible musty smell. Stains all over the bedsheets and even a black foot print. When asked to change the sheets, the staff just laughed. The first room I was put in was invested with bugs and mosquitos as there's a hole in the bathroom allowed them to enter as well as all noise too....

I stayed there on my way to visit the famous temples of Prambanan and Borobudur. The hotel has a great capacity and its biggest asset is the swimming pool, such a relaxing area. The staff was friendly and welcomed us with a welcome drink but they were not super reactive. My shower broke in the middle of my stay, and...

I loved this location. It's a typical cityhotel with a touch of Indonesia, 5min by taxi from the big shoppingstreet and close to a very cosy street with restaurants, shops and the tourist shop with information on all kinds of attractions you can do in this area. The room was ok, clean, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Swimmingpool. We...

Allow me to say that I can do without amenities easily. I am not the classic American tourist. However, if a place sells itself with amenities and I choose based on those, I expect them. My first room had no working AC. This should be checked before guests arrive. The second room had AC that was supposedly set to 16C...

This hotel is basic and everything is dirty. The white sheets and pillowcases are an off grey colour and are covered in holes and stains and our bathroom is covered in mould and has a big dirty spiderweb covered in flies and spiders which means they obviously don't clean very well. Most the plates and cups at breakfast don't look...

The hotel is nice and the staff is friendly. Not every room has an AC, which might be a problem. During my stay I experienced a couple of problems with the bathroom despite the efforts from the staff to fix them. So I had to move to another room. Once there was a long blackout and no running water at...
