PA Hotel represents Indonesian hotel standard 10 years ago. So i felt like time travelling. The facilities therefor are quite old and the comfort limited. But the old fashioned design, garden and Gamelan live music for breakfast are things you wont find any more soon due to the pressure of modernization. Therefor i recommend to visit Puri Artha if you...

The hotel ambiance was beautiful and interesting. The room has good beds and soft pillows, allowing good rest. The shower has an annoying low pressure, at the beginning the water was warm (NOT HOT) and then it turned completely cold. The breakfast was OK, it was a buffet, but could have more occidental options. The is in the other building of...

The hotel is located is a quiet street. Rooms are spacious and practical, but the bathrooms in particular need to be renovated at this point. Each room features a couple of chairs under a porch with a view over the nice garden. This is a practical and nice enough hotel if you are planning to be outside visiting the city...

I love the hotel exterior it's mixed of Balinese and Javanese. The rooms are outdated but spacious. Good choices of breakfast and we loved the quiet restaurant as well. We didn't the swimming pool as it was full of children during the peak season. The rate is OK considering we stayed there during the peak season but we love the...

This hotel located at center of the town. Looks like Balinese hotel. They have good view for the garden. But there's something wrong with my AC at my room. And for bathroom smell not good. Maybe they should check it before sell the room.

Pros- the rates were so good like 21 usd a night if you book early on weekdays. Swimming pool was well maintained with lockers and a shower room and a guard. The room was spacious and room service was good. Cons-the bath tub was leaking and hot water ran only a few min. So impossible for a bath. The spa...

This hotel is a cultural oasis in a modernising city. Possibly a relic when it is suffocated by high rise. Museum pieces of Javanese art and culture define this hotel, well known and loved by locals and discerning visitors. Traditional song and accompaniment is performed at each meal. It is antithetical to the sterile claustrophobic puritan spaces called modern hotel...
