When I was check in (end of January 2017) only 2 FO (Front Office) stafff and they are so bussy because there wa a big group check ini. It took me 10 minutes for wait and checkin. The FO Officer ask me to deposit 200K rupiah (what the ....????). I ask for higher floor room, then he gave me room...

The Jayakarta Hotel is an old hotel. My first visit to it was in 1987 and it used to be a famous city landmark of Jakarta at that time. It’s kind of run down but the facilities including a big lobby, room is spacious and AC is normal, good restaurant breakfast etc. still maintain minimum standard as a big hotel...

I've been here 2days ago, My boyfriend he booked this hotel because it was near to train station and i was thought that oh yeah it's Jayakarta which is still 4stars hotel so i did expected their service and everything which is called 4 stars hotel (FYI, . Old hotel and the smell of the room is not fresh even you book for non smoking room. Actually the receptionist are good and nice, but the house keeping was very slow. It needs 3 times call and 3 hours to get towel which they forgot to place in room when I was checked in. I think I will not...

Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in - which is a big call. There was no hot water on the final day of my stay. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The hotel generally was ok cleanliness,swimming pool,size of room etc. the real downside was the food.I understand you are in a foreign country but the choices were really minimal for westerners. Are u sure this is 4 stars hotel? I am trully thinking this hotel is not even half stars, if i can put this as a half stars or less maybe i will put it on. Cockroaches everywhere, dust everywhere, the carpet really dirty, mosquitos everywhre, are u insane guys? This hotel needs to rebuild to fix all the problem...

Oh my god.. I can't tell anymore all about This hotel. i just can advised about this hotel to be Maintenance all. from the Staff till to Building and standart of the rooms. we have stay at this hotel, we found a hospitality by staff, Very very need maintenance.
