What a marvellous hotel this is; well positioned in the heart of Lhasa and equipped with everything the traveller needs. The staff are on the mark and work exceptionally hard to ensure the perfect stay for their guests. Rooms are superb and very comfortable. It is perhaps a bit of a challenge finding your way around the grounds but that...

St regis Tibet hotel it has a quite an elegant environment which invites you to enjoy the spirituality of lhasa. Posses a unique bar with a far but incredi view of the Potala palace, specially at night. The rooms have everything you could need in a well designed and distributed area. The St. Regis is a 4+star hotel and resort in Lhasa. Although we started off a bit on the rocky side when our room had no TV service - and, after two repair attempts, we were moved to a second beautiful room which fulfilled all of our needs. We tried both the buffet restaurant and the Chinese restaurant, each of...

Comfy bed and spacious room at a great value. Good place to de-stress and relax after visiting Lhasa and surrounding Tibet areas. Helpful and friendly staff. Not located in the busy part of Lhasa though. But you can still find shops nearby.

Visited a few years ago. A great place is you are saddled with altitude sickness. They offer an in house Dr, they pump oxygen into the rooms + they offer oxygen tanks. We were too sick to eat dinner we ate light lunches from the buffet, a myriad of suitable choices even if sick. Great looking resort, unfortunately we were...

The St. Regis is very well located to access both the old and modern quarters of Lhasa. The view of the Potala Palace from the lobby is spectacular - both during the day and at night when it is illuminated. The public spaces and guests rooms are spacious, luxurious and beautifully decorated. Service within the hotel is excellent as well....

We were unable te sleep due to a much to warm room, no ventilation and airco that was not working. We called "butlerservice" and they would fix it... up on arrival after several they had put the "heating" @...

An amazing starwood property with superb views of Himalayan mountains and Potala Palace; the property has 200+ rooms with lovely amenities provided. Had an amazing time here. However, a few things to highlight- one is late at night walkways to the mansions spread across the buildings are not lit up- pitch black darkness- management should look into turning on a...
