Hotel clean, staff efficient and polite, safe, VERY cheap (£30 - 300HKD - a night). In good area for access to many sights, only a few yards from the MRT station. Room VERY small, bed hard! Overall excellent value - you get more than you pay for!

Stayed in this hotel for 3D2N and is satisfied with the accommodation. You get what you pay for. 1. Price - very cheap and affordable 2. Location - convenient to everything since it is near MTR, convenience store and other shops (McDo, Watson, Wellcome) 3. Space - very small room but is manageable if only 2 persons will stay 4....

The lobby is at the third floor. No smiling staff. Waitinf area is full of accumulated dust. The room is so tiny. Theres no english channel. Theres also a phone inside the room but its not working. Once you go inside the bathroom/toilet, the toilet area is so small you will either bump the glass wall or the wall itself....

Found this place from our booking agent. I search it through booking sites and they say it is a three star hotel and mixed reviews. Searching for a good and cheap accommodation. I have read one thing in common in almost all reviews that the rooms in hongkong are, they are very small. Yes it is not a three star...

1st time to have this kind of Hotel Accomodation. Unfriendly staff, old hotel, lack of accomodation system to discuss w/good-paying clients. (we were also told by 2 other hotel guests before we entered the hotel) Never be fooled by some tour operators who makes a budgeted package. They do not even take time to see the hotel they are marketing...

A few mins walk from Prince Edward MTR station exits D and E. A few restaurants are nearby, and you can cross the street for a 7/11. Room is small, but for a solo traveler just looking for a place to stay its more than enough. Clean room and coreous staff. A glass partition divides the bed and bathroom.

Room was so small that even 2 standing person cannot move. Most especially the bathroom, you cannot even turn around without hitting any part of your body on the sink, wall or toilet. It's like you are living in a cage!!! There are couple of hotel receptionists but not approachable enough. Its like every request you make there's a fee/charge...

For the money it is brilliant. Exactly what you need, nice beds, shower, tv. Toothbrushes were provided everyday. Staff were friendly when checking in and out. In a good part of town, near a Metro station but not too busy. Would definitely stay here again. Kowloon seemed less 'touristy' and was a nice location.

Only Positive , Great Location next to metro , shops restaurant bars and markets. Negatives; Front door had no reception or security which meant anybody could walk to the elevator to any floor to any room! Hotel was run down, ceilings hanging off, walls were all marked and dirty and the building was smelling of smoke and sewage. room was...
