The location is good , accessible to shopping mall likes Sogo, Hysan Place, Time Square etc. The services is excellent especially -Mr. Victor Cheung of Guest Services Manager.The room is clean and tidy. The room facing to the city with parnomic view. Besides, the breakfast is good and generally I recommend this hotel.

unpleasent hotel. small and old room. you can get much better deal on the same price near by.you can get newer hotels from well known chains. with bigger rooms, free wi-fi and freindly service. location is far from metro.

Stayed there for three nights, comments as below : the good : 1. in Causeway bay, if you enjoy walking around it is OK 2. bus stop outside to Central and other places. the bad : 1. very small room, I am 6 feet, and the bed won't fit even though it is a double bed and I stayed alone....

Good Location.... Clean.... Reasonably priced ...... I stayed with a large group of friends, we were split between the Cosmopolitan and the Cosmo hotel in Wan Chai. No complaints and the room was well equiped. Breakfast looked slightly limited however reasonable for what we paid.

My holiday in Hong Kong was supplemented by a great stay at this hotel. I loved the fact that the shuttle service was complimentary,and that I used it extensively. You can actually walk to the hotel from Times Square, which I did. Just to get a feel of the area. Shuttle service would get you there in 5-10mins. Pros: 1....

The room was nice however as mentioned there is some sound proof problem as i can hear everyhting thats going on in the hallway. Apart from that there is nothing much to complaint about. The hotel also provide scheduled shuttle bus to several location which made exploring Hong Kong much easier.
