3)我讚下大堂果位保安(應該係),he’s polite and welling to help the guest. Great. 差評:1) Front desk check in staff not polite and he’s not willing to help me. I remarked early check in around 11:00am, actually i arrived hotel around 12:30pm, I understood that will subject to availability and due to floor closure issues caused I have to wait the room, but why i told him to call rush room, he seem don’t understand. And when I called to request 2 more bed sheets, he replied me “Miss, you just check in.” What the ridiculous response? Please DOM or FOM please provide well training to your staff. Low OCC but bad services. 2) Room cleaning is awful, carpet stain, water mark and stains on mirror and bathroom glass door, so dusty in the room, if your hotel housekeeping is contract out then it make sense why the room cleaning is not up to standard.

I had a deluxe-room, spacious enough for one person, and two should be OK as well. It had a small sofa, a desk and room for the luggage, Modern and clean, with a narrow view of the harbour between the buildings. English was not a problem in the hotel. They served a light continental breakfast, and it was light but still OK. The location was superb, on a quiet street with walking distance to the harbour with a view over Hong Kong island, and close to areas with lots of restaurants and bars. The metro with two crossing lines is also nearby, when you arrive or leave and have luggage it's less than 200 m to the nearest elevator that will take you down to the metro. It was also quite easy and fast to take the metro to Kowloon Station (about 15 mins) and the Airport Express. I have a new trip booked for Hong Kong and this will again be my hotel.

The hotel looks modern but the finishing is not well. Breakfast was disappoint. Should not include breakfast in booking. However, the location was good especially famous Waso Cafe’ which opposite to the hotel.

Stayed here for a week while holidaying with partner and friends, room was smaller than pictures lead you to believe, Room was disgusting, a yellow sprayed stain covering the whole of the wall next to the bed, months worth of dust hanging off the exposed pipe work in ceiling, mould and mildew everywhere in bathroom, tissue stuffed in sink joint to hide missing silicone, stained and torn bed sheets! And apparently it had been cleaned, Insisted on a new room and was honoured with one, The Courtney’s wine bar on the 5th floor that they advertise outside the hotel and on their website has been permanently closed for a while, so don’t expect to be able to pop to the bar for a drink, false advertising in my opinion, should be a price reduction if not available, Staff do not seem up to date with what a presentable and clean room standard is, I’ve paid less for an immaculate travel lodge room in England, would not stay here again and would not recommend

We usually stay at the Salisbury YMCA but it was booked out for the time we required. Purely by chance, we decided on the Xi Hotel. After reading some negative feedback elsewhere, we were apprehensive, but everything was GREAT at this little hotel. Mandy, one of the Reception staff was so helpful. There are some great places to eat in the same street but be ready to queue because they are popular. The coffee and baguettes with ham and melted cheese are a must at the French patisserie and Dim Sum at the Aberdeen Fish Restaurant in the street behind the hotel is cheap and good to eat. The rooms are clean and it is safe. They will look after your luggage if required and it is within walking distance of the Kowloon Free Airport Shuttle Bus drop off point at a close by hotel.

Very central small hotel near everything. Room was good everything needed was included. Not much of a view as HK is all buildings! Good price through Booking.com, but Hong Kong is soooooo expensive won't be going back.If you want a good hotel in right place for good price this is it.

I do not normally write bad reviews as I am a fellow hotelier myself. But after staying in thousands of accomodations. I think I will let the pictures speak for themselves. I didn’t even want to photograph other issues with the room but I’ll just let the management sort out the toilets. The room itself was not the cleanest but ok enough if you close one eye. I hope they seriously look into this as the management pictures look so different to what my eye sees. Apart from these issues, the place has a good location and staff is well mannered and helpful.

This hotel is excellent value. It’s right in the middle of Kowloon / Tsim Sha Tsui less than 5 minutes walk from Nathan road for shopping and only about 10 minutes walk from Granville road and also from the peninsula hotel . The star ferry is less than 15 minutes walk and the night market at Temple street about 20 mins walk. A taxi from Kowloon station is 70HkD and a taxi to the airport about 300 HKD. The rooms are small but well designed and surprisingly quiet. The beds are very comfortable. I stayed there on business with a friend but we both said we would be happy to go back there for business or holiday. There is a breakfast buffet on the 5 th floor. And the staff are very friendly and helpful

We stayed for 2 nights for a stopover on our way home! We booked a Quadruple room so it was definitly big enough for a family of 4. I really didn't enjoy the room. There was no fresh air in the room and all you could smell was someones cigarette who was smoking outside! The floor aboove us the the breakfast/wine bar. They were obviously setting up for breakfast becasue at about 1am you could hear chairs and tables being dragged around on the floor! This was definitly not considerate for the guests trying to sleep in the hotel. Overall, I would not reccomend to stay in this hotel as the would be a lot better ones around the place in Hong Kong.

Stayed here for 2 night on a solo trip during the festive season - was definitely worth it and would come back again! Location: - Hidden in an alley, was difficult to find on the first attempt and even after that given the complexity of HK streets. At night, would not walk the street with a family or couple given it is a very dark space outside the hotel. - Nevertheless, a couple of minutes walk to the station (300 metres) - Very close to the perfect viewing spot (Cultural centre) to watch the 7pm light show every night (500 metres, 5 mins walk) - Some very good eateries around the hotel within 5-10 minutes walk, however it lacked good breakfast cafes (with the exception of the amazing English cafe down the street -1 minute walk) - Very close to the luxury shopping district if that is what you are after Rooms: - Very modern and stylish for both the bed and the bathroom. - Excellent amenities (beauty and professional) provided by the cleaning staff - Very well lit by natural and artificial light, window was sizeable Service and Facilities - Service was good, despite been a small hotel they had a concierge 24/7 - Receptionist took a significant security charge (bond), this was returned about a week after concluding my stay at the hotel - Lifts were dodgy and did not look reliable (hopefully the hotel can get their maintenance team on the lift doors in particular) Would definitely recommend
