Actually Hong Kong Winter is not a cool one . Second , almost all Hotel has heating . Just increase the temperature setting by the electronic small panel in the room . Once again , no worry for Hong Kong winter and if you need you can buy a coat in a reasonable price easily . And you can call the hotel to confirm there is heating function or not
I guess the size of the beds are definitely ok. In different countries , meaning of twin or double beds or full beds can vary. The best thing you can do is to look at the real pictures which normally the hotel will upload
