Surprise... Good value for money, a hidden gem.would recommend to friends n family. Good location close proximity to those who loves to explore the local way of living. Most rooms on the higher floors have an amazing sea view of the busy n bustling Hong Kong Harbour..

Very good deal for what we paid. Nice big room by Asian standards. Staff a bit curt. Do not eat at Hotel. They overcharge and the food is mediocre. Location excellent and everthing easily reachable by public transportation. Would definitely stay here again. Found the King Prawn Restaurant just by accident across from the other Best Western Hotel when we...

A good hotel, very clean and smart looking staff who spoke good English. It is set in a residential area of Hong Kong so full of culture. This hotel is well placed to explore Hong Kong. Near a underground station and hop on hop off trams.Just around the corner from the bus stop that goes to the airport. The rooms...

+ location - old, hard mattresses - smelly room (former smoking rooms, carpets have obviously not been replaced) - you hear even the quietest sounds from your neighbors - the AC is not working at all (extremely cold in february) - always black stains on allegedly replaced towels and bedsheets - unfriendly, absent-minded staff at the reception (we were welcomed...

Few channels for English-speaking guests. Wifi is slow. But overall stay is very good. The room is clean. The location is just right--- not so near MTR station but tram railroad is just in front of the hotel.

Hotel is a bit out from Central, but takes about 5 mins in a taxi, bit longer on the tram. Check in easy, staff nice, result, upgrade to...

nice sized room but shower cubicle is too small although shower room is spacious. It would be better if the carpet is changed to hard flooring for cleanliness. Bedding is clean and mattress quality is reasonably good. As no sun light can come through the room, it is very dark during the day and I can feel that a lot...

The hotel consists of 30 floors not all rooms. It has a mixture of rooms, some being suites with sitting area. There are 10 No Smoking floors. Breakfast is $98hk and a buffet ,but have found it very cold in the breakfast room as air conditioning is full blasts, though if you ask they turn it down. The food is a mix...

I have stayed many times at this hotel. I prefer to pay a bit more and book the suites. Actually you have a very specious room with some view over the harbour. The new HKU station makes it easy to get around. The beds are a bit hard for a European

First things first it's quite central on the island but i still suggest people to stay in Kawloon or mainland. This is a small property with a small lobby and no great restaurant to boast off. You have to go out for everything and this city is damm expensive. Two tube stations are on either side are a plus but...
