From the service to the room the amenities into the restaurants this hotel is bar none the very best Four Seasons hotel you can stay at. No need to get consideration to any other hotel in HongKong simply stay at four seasons HongKong and you have the very best experience possible. Ensure that you book a deluxe Harbor view at a minimum as it is the most beautiful view in the evening.
For the moment we arrived, they took care of greeting us and bringing us to our room in a matter of a few minutes and most accommodating for any request we had. The fresh fruit brought daily to our room was exceptional. Grapes from Japan were the most delicious and scrumptious grapes we have ever had. The turndown service every evening, along with the treats that they brought for our daughter was most appreciated. On my visit, I accidentally lost an envelope full of currency which I had exchanged at the hotel in the men’s lounge on the floor. Hours later, I arrive back at the hotel and asked security if they were aware of an envelope with cash having been found. They let me know that the attendant had turned it in and they had watched the CCTV cameras to determine who it actually belong to having watched me go back to our room at one point of that day. The honesty and integrity of the staff is far and above beyond any other place we’ve ever been to and we travel extensively.
To top things off when I left the hotel, I left separate from my family and had a van pick me up and carry most of our luggage to my surprise. When I arrived at the airport, the Concierge department had called the airport to inform them that I was in route, and when I arrived, there were two men there to assist and carry all of my luggage to the airline For us to be able to acquire our tickets what a total surprise and an absolute relief for me the icing on the cake. The hotel took it upon themselves to call and have this done without my knowledge. Unbelievable. This has never happened anywhere else and we’ve stayed at many four seasons.
Every member of the staff was exceptionally polite and accommodating, and the restaurants are fantastic in the view from the pool is exquisite. Do not hesitate to make your reservation for this hotel. It will make your trip well worth every dollar invested. There’s no better place to stay in Hong Kong and we look forward to returning there again in the near future thank you to the entire staff for making our visit Exceptional.

Dear David J, What a glowing review! It makes me proud to hear such terrific feedback regarding the attention to detail and service from the staff. Despite our luxurious rooms overlooking the Victoria Harbour, they understand that service is what makes a stay truly unforgettable and this ensures that we continue to strive for service excellence. Rest assured that I will share your kind words of appreciation with the team in particular our attendant who does an amazing job and is representative of the calibre of staff I am fortunate to work with every day. During my fifth visit to Hong Kong, I stayed at the Four Seasons Hong Kong for the first time.

My dream Four Seasons stay was perfect.
Before arriving at the hotel, the doorman who opened the door,
The reception staff who helped me check in
All staff in the breakfast room, swimming pool, and gym,
I was also impressed by all the room service staff who quietly and neatly organized the turndown service perfectly.

I am celebrating my 17th wedding anniversary.
I visited Four Seasons with my family.
Actually, I visited because it was a bit out of my budget.
It was true that I was a little concerned.

However, every moment I experienced at Four Seasons
My concerns are completely gone
I really thought it was a good thing I came to the Four Seasons.
Even though I visited Hong Kong after 5 years,
I wanted to stay inside the hotel rather than outside.

Welcome champagne and cute welcome food prepared to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
It made me smile as soon as I saw it,
You can look at the view from the room all day long.
I almost lost track of time.
I don't know when it will be, but
Next time I visit Hong Kong, I would like to stay at the Four Seasons again.
I would like to say that it was a very worthwhile purchase, worth every dollar.

Those who met me and those who did not but worked hard behind the scenes
I hope all Four Seasons employees will always be filled with happiness.
thank you again

I can’t stop raving about the wonderfully decorated rooms and top notch service at the Four Seasons Hong Kong. Very festive and lively Xmas decor greets you at the lobby. As early as six months before my arrival, I was already chatting with the hotel who got me hard to get bookings at Caprice for New Year’s Eve and Sushi Saito and other restaurants in the city. That is impeccable service. As always, I was welcomed and treated like royalty by the staff most especially by James Tse. He handled my every request promptly and even wrote me a heartfelt letter when I left (see pictures attached). I also have to commend James and Rommel who did not allow me to lift a single luggage and assisted me and my family everyday. The front desk especially Yuki also performed smoothly on check in and gave me lots of tips on how to make my stay more enjoyable. Housekeeping especially Michelle was also superb and meticulously cleaned my rooms and catered to all my requests especially for ice and extra mango gummies. What made our stay most memorable was the hands on touch do the hotel in preparing anniversary and birthday welcome gifts and daily sweets for my 8 year old son. Such a beautiful gesture. I would also like to praise the staff at the pool who made sure we got towels and sample drinks every hour. The pool is the highlight of our stay and the view is spectacular. This is the best hotel in HK.

My second time back to FS Hong Kong and admittedly I was curious if my experience would be the same as last year, i.e., wonderful? Didn’t have to wait too long to find out. Ivy (staff member on reservation and customer service team) recognized my name in the reservation system and made sure my room was ready upon arrival (i arrived early) so I was able to hit the ground (get to my meetings). I had a premier room which I would describe as very comfortable, well designed (in earth tones) practical (multi charger and Bose Bluetooth speaker were nice touch) with beautiful view of Harbour. Location is right in Central, IFC Mall, and very much convenient to get to from airport (took a train that was quick and convenient) and walking distance from many business and cultural landmarks in Hong Kong. In terms of food, Lounge offers good selection (had a breakfast and a dinner one night), service was timely and accommodative. Favorite, and must try, is a brunch at Argo offering incredible selection of sea food, sushi, dim sum and much much more. Also, pastry shop has this tasty matcha roll i pretty much had every day. After getting through my meetings i enjoyed spending time at spa which was well organized, managed and had exceptional sauna.
Lastly at departure time guest service team took the time to wish us safe travels and new GM, who was internally promoted, seemed to be customer focused - also took the time to introduce himself. Will be back to this FS location in near future!

We had a fantastic stay with our 20month old toddler. The hotel has the best location and amazing facilities, but it’s the detail in all the small touches that really makes this an experience that’s above and beyond.

Location: Taking the airport express to HK station and then making use of the hotel’s free shuttle is actually easier than taxi - you walk less at the airport, the train is faster than taxi, and there’s someone at the station once you arrive (and then you next see your luggage when you’re in your room), it’s super seamless. You can give the hotel a call when boarding the train as a heads up. This is especially helpful as a safer option when traveling with kids without a car seat. It was raining nonstop when we visited, so the hotel’s connection to the mall and the covered walk bridges that connects everything made it a lot easier to still get around and do stuff

Facilities: The hotel has everything, literally, everything. We particularly appreciated the pool and the kids play room. Also - it has probably the most impressive restaurant & bar ensemble any hotel could aspire to

Service: This is what makes all the difference between a Four Seasons and other hotels (that might be newer and flashier) in HK. We had an amazing time and our toddler felt so welcomed (and pampered!). But if we were on a business trip I have every confidence the stay would’ve been equally spectacular. There are enough special touches tailored to every occasion and they all coexist nicely at the hotel without anyone feeling excluded. Special shoutouts to Nora, Vivian, Henry, Gloria, and all the staff at various parts of the hotel we interacted with (Reception, Concierge, Argo, Pool).

The Room: The hotel was newly renovated, housekeeping did an amazing job with twice a day services. The amenities felt luxurious.

The Tech: Many hotel brands have introduced technology. I quite liked the Four Seasons app, esp. how responsive the live chat is (that replaces the need to call). Many other brands only focused on the design and used the app as a way to automate interactions. The Four Seasons has instead created an additional way so that the tech-enabled generation can get personalized services the way they want. I think that’s what true luxury should’ve been about.

Overall, the only draw back was our stay was too short :) Highly recommend - you won’t regret staying here.

Check in was smooth. Room is ready when we arrived at the hotel before 12nn. Room is clean and cozy, the room attendant who did the evening service was kind enough to tidy up our things, the morning service attendant made the bed nicely. The pool attendant was also kind enough to cover the pool chair and providing complimentary water promptly. Service is 10/10.

We were very lucky to have visited the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong in August. We stayed for 7 nights in a family room with 2 double beds and a view looking over the Victoria Harbour. It is beautiful day or night. It is a must if you are considering visiting the hotel.

Our room was elegantly decorated with just the right amount of Chinese elements added in given where the hotel is located. The bathroom is big with separate shower, bath and toilet set up. Perfect for a family of 4.

Everyday the housekeeping was done to a high standard like you would expect for any 5 star hotels.

During our stay, we enjoyed great services from the Argo bar, the buffet lunch, the afternoon tea and the best of all, the 3 Michelin starred French restaurant Caprice. If you enjoy culinary experiences like we do, there are 2 more Michelin starred restaurants within the hotel which will definitely be on our list to experience next time we visit the hotel.

On the days we didn’t fancy going out, we used the swimming pool and enjoyed the nail salon services (part of the spa at the hotel). All of those benefit from the beautiful view of the harbour. It felt peaceful and is a rare thing in the busy city centre.

Like always, hard facilities are easy to replicate but it is the soft services that would set an outstanding hotel apart from the rest which is why the most memorable for us is the staff. They are always tentative and a lot them at the front desk/lobby would recognise us immediately by our surname when we walk by. They also set up the room full of balloons and buntings for my daughter to celebrate her birthday with cakes and souvenirs. She will no doubt remember this birthday well.

The location of this Four Seasons Hotel in Hong Kong is non beatable too. It is situated within the IFC building where you would find the best selection of shops, eateries and the main transportation hub all under one roof (metro lines for sightseeing anywhere in Hong Kong, nice and clean Airport Express train gets you to/from the airport in just under 30mins plus taxi ranks and bus station).

If you are interested in visiting other islands, the ferry piers are just across the road and from there you can take day trips with a short ride of the ferry in around 30mins . This is to us a bonus to be so close to everything given how hot and humid it is in Hong Kong in summer.

We loved it so much that we are already looking to come back again to visit Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong next year!

This is a great business hotel for business travelers needing a Central location with good access to the various offices in the area. Service is of a high standard and fairly consistent across the board, and is a welcoming place to stay. Easy access to the AirPort Express (there is a shuttle service to and from every 15 mins). Hotel restaurants are great (dim sum at Lung King Heen is a very high standard, but needs prior booking and slightly pricey). Overall a great hotel and one of my preferred choices for a business trip to HK.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, the attention to detail is extraordinary.
I stayed for business for a week, the staff made me feel welcome and special. The room decor was impeccable even down to the fluffiest carpet.
All furnishings were very comfortable and I particularly liked the pillow menu, which was delivered very quickly to my room when I requested a change in firmness.
I had room service a few nights which was delicious. I couldn’t fault a thing, I would 100% recommend and will be returning.

Oh and I can’t not mention the pool area, this was breath taking!

This hotel is at a very central location next to the IFC mall and to the subway and the airport express to HK International Airport. We have stayed in this hotel for many recent visits and the service quality has remained very high. For the most recent stay, after the first night's stay, my husband was disturbed by the morning traffic noise, so we called the front desk for changing into a room on a higher floor. Dennis, the front desk manager, came to help. He was very patient with my request and made sure the room we got changed into is comfortable enough for our stay. It is very clear to me that he took our needs to heart and we really appreciate his help. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant Lung King Heen which is also excellent. We will definitely return for our next visits. Thank you!
