Good view from the room over Happy Valley from the upper floors comfortable and spacious room. Complementary transport links very useful but also convenient for the trams and the MTR from Causeway Bay. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is an additional cost for the internet service although there was free WIFI in the lobby. The bed and breakfast package...

I had stayed here for work for 3 nights. Location is not great being a decent 10 mins from the metro which seemed far in Hong Kong where everything else feels close. The hotel is by the Happy Valley race course and that is about it. The closest 7-11 is about 10 minutes away and so are the restaurants. The...

Dear Jekko, While Cosmopolitan Hotel is located amid the commercial districts amid Causeway Bay and Wan Chai, we aim to provide a sense of oasis for guests after a long busy day. Yet, it is well served by public transports and the nearest subway station Causeway Bay is only a short walk away with an array of local shops and...

Was reading some poor reviews posted by some users before my trip to Hong Kong (including the cemetery view), however, when I reached the hotel, everything changed. The service was beyond excellent. The staffs in the hotel paid close attention to each and every visitors asking if we would like to deposit our luggage before we settle the check-in process....

Definitely will go back to this hotel given the chance. Almost perfect. Breakfast buffet was something to look forward to. Plenty of selections, accommodating staffs and clean room. Location is great. Only regret was my brand new t-shirt I left in the washroom was nowhere in sight when we came back in the afternoon.

The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Hong Kong was an ideal accommodation for my husband and me. We wanted a reasonable priced hotel within walking distance to preselected sites. The Cosmopolitan Hotel was this and so much more! My husband's luggage arrived but mine did not. Upon check-in the Senior Guest Service Manager called the airport and the service desk of our...

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmopolitan. It is in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and MTR stations. Also buses and trams but we didn't use those. Our room was on the 25th floor and we had a great (if a little scary) view from there. Our bed was massive and very comfy, and they provided a nice...

The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Hong Kong is a mid range hotel that (crucially for us) offers family rooms where you can sleep a family of 4 in one room. This is a hard thing to find in Hong Kong at a reasonable price – most family rooms are for 3 in China. While this hotel has no pool, it is...

This was our first visit to Hong Kong and we took the upgrade to a suite that the hotel offered us on checking in, this gave us free internet connection, the use of a mobile phone with sat nav. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we found the hotel handily placed for exploring the area.

The room is quite small, the bathroom is small too. The hotel seems busy and crowded. There is a convenient shuttle bus that takes you to the mall nearby. Or you can walk about 15 minutes to the causeway bay shopping area. There are lotsa shops and restaurant around the hotel too. So finding foods to eat shouldnt be a...

Dear Kebenarans, Thank you for staying with us. It’s great to know that you love our hotel’s convenient location, free shuttle service towards 15 destinations and all the localised shops and restaurants around the corner. We trust your trip in Hong Kong was fruitful! We hope by next time you will have chance to try our other room types that...
