We took the airport express bus A21 and alighted opposite the street where the hotel is located at, took us a while to navigate as the hotel sign is prominently placed above the many shop signs by the main road (Nathan Road), but you'd actually have to turn right at a medical hall/store and walk a bit more. Probably 50m...

Very disappointed with this hotel. Location - Very convenient. Straight bus from the airport. Walkable distance to Mongkok area. Full of eats and shops along the walk. Room - Small room. Bed quality was bad. Shower and everything else was ok but no toiletries provided except tooth brush, tooth paste and body shampoo. Walls were thin and could hear doors...

Very disappointed with this hotel. Stayed here last week for just one night. Believe me, one night was more than enough. Small room. Mold in shower room. Carpet in room looked as though it hadn't been cleaned for months. Bits of rubbish all over. I had to sleep on the bed fully clothed as I didn't fancy getting in the...

The rooms are clean and just right. but you can see they can need a little upgrades, lights are so dim, the aircon have problems, the shower curtains at the bathrooms are tooooo long and i can trip over it. But since the location is accessible my stay in HK was ok.

I stayed at this hotel with my family of 6 and we had 3 rooms. I would say the room size is ok for 2 persons & 1 small kid. We were 'upgraded' to rooms which were bathrooms had bath tubs which I was surprised as I did not expect the bathroom to be that big for a budget hotel....

Room Type: Family (3 pax) Very nice and modern hotel. Near Yau Ma Tei Station - Exit C. Early check-in is not allowed. Bathroom has minimal molds in the faucet and tiles. If you intend to leave your luggage for a while after check out, you'll have to pay HKD 10 per luggage.

When we arrived we found a nicely kept reception area. When we checked in they apologized for the elevator being out of service. They said it would be a few hours. We chose to go to our rooms on the 11th floor via the stairs. As we entered the stairwell it looked like the reception area. Then you reached the...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
