I have spent 6 nights at this hotel with my family on the towerwings side in a grandluxe room. The room was big enough for a kingbed and an extra bed for my son. We had partial harbour view almost covering one third of the Hong Kong island. Our overall opinion about the room and the hotel staff is very...

We stayed at this hotel for 1 week for our first trip to Hong Kong. Hotel was not really that close to the MTR, but the walk throught the Kowloon park to the MTR was lovely. Austin MTR was closer and a much quieter station, but we enjoyed the walk through the park and so we used the Tsim Sha...

There are very different reviews about this hotel and i think it depends on which room you stay in. We had a great stay here, we decided to splash out on a room in the Tower wing in a grandluxe room as it was my birthday and we'd just backpacked though Russia and China and needed a bit of luxury....

Booked this hotel and was shocked about some of the reviews on this site. I booked a premier room. The room was small but renovated. Modern look with a nice view on Kowloon Park. They did not renovate the bathrooms so, they look worn out but clean. Price 750 hkd. I booked lounge entrance for 188 hkd per day. This...

We travelled for work last March & stayed here for 4 nights, ehich was 4 nights too many. No one was happy with their room (there were about 12 of us). It seems that the rooms in the tower are much nicer, if you get to walk towards the bar & get tin that lift you'll be in a better...

We stayed a night here during our HK visit , only because we wanted to splurge on our last night in the city. Ours was a Tower Grandluxe room, spacious to the point of HUGE with a complimenting big and luxurious bathroom. The bathroom fittings need some revamp though, maybe a little polishing. Lovely harbour view though I could have...

We took this hotel for five night and our stay was perfect! The room was a bit on a small side but very clean, the staff - from front desk to housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. Being in the heart of Kowloon / Tsim Sha Tsui, this hotel has a perfect location!

Staff in club lounge were always friendly and eager to please. Deffinately recommend buffet breakfast and the afternoon tea and cocktail hour meant that you could say on food and drinks! Rooms were a little dated especially the Grande Delux rooms. The bathrooms could do with an upgrade and the ajoining room was anoying with a family with a few...

The registration process was very easy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in the Premier Wing on the 20th floor, room 2001 and had a great view of the harbour. I agree with the other reviews that the rooms were small in size comparison to USA standards, but they were clean. I would not consider having...
