Good location near Macau Ferry - not far from Nathan Road. Staff Excellent. Rooms need refurbishing - we stayed in the towers wing in a superior room - three rooms in total - very outdated - bathroom in particular needs refurbishing - looked "very tired". Rooms we had did not look like those on web pages and accommodation booking sites....

Stayed here during the month of October 2010 for 2 days. Location is fantastic which is just above the china ferry terminal. Accessible to the Tsim Sha Tsui mkt place. Hotel is in the heart of Kowloon area. Rooms are quiet small.

I am a regular guest to this hotel and I feel the need to report on the trends of service here. I have probably stayed 5-6 times in past 3 months with varied results. Overall, maybe a slight improvement is evident as my last stay was the best of the lot. The hotel location is its greatest strength. So easy...

Location is great! There is an Esprit outlet right beside the hotel. Hotel staff are very accommodating and helpful since we traveled with a child in a stroller, there's always someone by the elevator to help us with the stroller since they don't have a ramp. Room was awesome, we got the room which we never really expected to be...

At first we booked a standard room which was very small but clean..i would not really recommend for anything but purely overnight stays or for those looking to just crash in the room at night. We spoke to the staff and they were very helpful in showing us another room that was available...the only problem was it was 6 grades...

We spent four nights in this fantastic Hotel on Kowloon Island. On arrival we were immediately upgraded to a massive suite with a fantastic view of Honk Kong Island. We found the service excellent, the staff friendly and the hotel in general very good. The only thing I would say is that the hotel is in need of a revamp...

We usually use this hotel as a convenient short stay hotel, especially when you combine with a trip to Macau or China as the hotel is in the same building as the ferry terminal. The rooms have been quite dated, although they are in the process of renovating - we had the option of upgrading (for a fee) and for...

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights last months (31 October - 5 November 2010). The location is great for us as a family with very young child (2 year old). Some MTR stations (Kowloon, Austin and Tsim Sha Tsui), shopping center (Harbour City), food court places and Star Ferry terminal are nearby. I booked online for 'Kidz Breaks...

We stayed two weeks in Hong Kong where we once lived to visit friends and shop. Previously we had stayed at the New World (Renaissance) in Kowloon but alas it's being torn down to build some 70 story hotel. From searching the web on bookingbuddy.com the best deal we found was at the Royal Pacific because with the "Premier" room...
