We recently spent four nights at this beautiful hotel located in the centre of happening areas of Kowloon. Rooms are well furnished in contemporary style and spacious as per Hong Kong standards. Services right from Front office to House keeping are prompt and caring attitude can be felt. Best part of this hotel is multiple restaurants that are extremely popular...

Wide variety of food items, prompt service. High quality of dishes. I come almost every year, probably one the best buffet in town. I'm looking forward to try the other outlet of the hotel as well. Highly recommend it.

My previous review was great for the executive level, but having now stayed as a non- exec, the service is just adequate. Most important, I have now had to contact them both times to release the HKD 1000/night deposit they hold, over an above the room rate, over 3 days after leaving. When staying at numerous hotels, this can push...

Was upgraded to the newly decorated sky suite rooms. Wow. I almost cancelled my appointments for the 3 days I was in HK to enjoy it. The level of finishing was second to none. The bath was extra large, the bed was fantastically comfortable and the staff were warm and friendly - especially Gigi who checked me in and made...

Service not bad, & related facilities are confortable. Streets nearby are very attractive for shopping around, Of course with very delicious foods in many different styles/styles restaurants . As one sentence describes, it is a concentration of stores, shopping malls, restaurants and office buildings. Whenever you walk in the street, you will be confronted by heavy traffic and the crowd...

The name of the hotel is not only a Name. It is their passion. Very kind and helpful staff. Clean and nice rooms - might be difficult to find a better one with this price to performance ratio. Very good breakfast and perfect location. Next time I will stay there again for sure. H. Boxleitner

Wow, what a surprise. The pictures are very accurate however they don't quite convey the luxury on offer. The skypool is amazing and the amenities at the pool are very classy, felt like I was staying in a mansion. The room was REALLY well done. I was impressed by the quality of fittings including the ability to change the glass...

We had a good sized room. Excellent service was provided by all staff (front desk, concierge, entry door, housekeeping). I was surprised at the lack of the usual expected toiletries until I discovered them in the drawer under the bathroom bench. The location is convenient for exploring by foot or subway. The “International” supermarket is close by for supplies. The...

The hotel location is excellent in Kowloon. Friendly bellmen, but not the front desk agent. Confusing when change lifts needed to go to our hotel room. “DO NOT STAY HERE ......The aircon system makes the rooms smell musty - I looked at 3 different rooms - all smelt bad. I was advised this is a regular occurrence! It was suggested I pay to upgrade to the sky tower rooms as 'they are newer and aircon would be better'. They put a machine - possibly a dehumidifier- in the room and I held onto the can of spray which they'd used to mask the smell in the 3rd room I checked ....... I was also advised on checkin that I'd be able to use the gym/pool after I checkout before I fly - this was then denied to me upon checkout unless an additional fee was paid”
