Stayed for a week here and would never stay again. Cons: Really bad service at reception. It took so long to check in and they didn't even apologise. Also twice I was cut by rude Chinese tourists and the staff did nothing; From around 6am till late there's constant elevator music all through the corridor of the room floor! I've... More

This hotel's staff is slow, occasionally rude and not well trained. This may be because of the level of guests that visit the hotel, them being not really civilized, but it is no excuse to treat all guests the same way. Breakfast is mediocre, the rooms are too small and not interesting. We booked this hotel as a colleague had... More

I got a good price this time. We book for superior room but got upgrade to suite which I don't know why. Have stayed here many times, 4stars hotel that a bit old but come with more space. Helpful staff and many facilities. Gym, spa, restaurants, shuttle bus, Airport Express shuttle bus stop across the hotel. 7-11, restaurants, mark and... More

The room was just big enough with very dated furniture. There is no power point in the bathroom (for hair iron). No free water was provided on day one. Felix at the front desk was very helpful and friendly when checking us in. He organised to keep our drinks in a fridge until we could check in as the room... More

The Kimberley would have been a flash hotel a few years ago, getting a little tired but still well maintained and a very comfortable and convenient place at Kowloon to stay about 10 -15 minutes walk from the Star Ferry. The superior room was a good size, quiet and comfortable. The surprise is the great deal for the buffet meal... More

A hotel with a lot of Japanese guest. The hotel is very average. You may feel released. I recommend the hotel if you are a beginner for Hong Kong. Access is very easy. you can use shuttle bus from Kowloon station (K4) 15-20 min ride will take you there. Tsim Sha Tsui station... More

This hotel has decent sized rooms for Kowloon but the room quality is poor. My room, 2023, had damp walls around the windows, stains liberally spread across the carpet, a rock hard very unpleasant bed and worst of all the a/c over the bed was very very noisy and could not be turned off. The a/c on/off was only applicable... More

We just stayed 2 nights here and checking out today. All in all it was a good stay and no complaints. It's a decent hotel in a great location. However, it's definitely your grandma's hotel with dated "marble and bronze" decor and old furniture/carpet. A lot of tour groups stay here. Service is average. We booked months ago with Agoda... Very good location and easily accessible. Hotel is very well kept and maintained. Price is acceptable given the location and high cost of hotels in hong kong. Room is very clean. Frequent traveller to hongkong and i would recommended this hotel highly.
