Hotel front desk staffs are super friendly. Love the room . So quiet and the view.Quite nostalgia of kowloon mood fashion. Good lighting from a big window.great for photography purposes and short stays. The cleanliness is fair to this price. Thanks to the front desk staffs again 🙏🙂
Just filthy dirty......Wrote to the manager no response!!!! really for the price I would say any hotel in Hong Kong is better. If you want to catch something this is the place to stay. I would not put a homeless person in here for risk of infection.
Hotel Location is Awesome for Indian , easy to aces es every thing , near to Metro train and ferry, its located on main road, near by market, its just opposite to central, temple street market is near by for shopping
I honestly expected a nice welcome there and I got the same there and the staffs at the reception were really friendly but the rooms and amenities can be improved in my concern however a budget friendly property to step in
The location of this hotel is great. It’s right on Nathan Road, and short way to trains and the Harbour. The hotel was nice enough for a budget traveler. The bed was really hard and bad to sleep on. But the rooms where clean and okay. Would recommend it if you are on a budget! We stayed in the 13th floor, and was not bothered by any noise from outside.
Arrival from Guangzhou on Kowloon station. Asked there for a good hotel and price without booking at the office. Arrived the Imperial Hotel, the room price suddenly twice so much! I got angry. Outside the hotel, across the Nathan Street I remembered there was the same travel service company! - I told my wife to wait for me 10 minutes! I made my booking across the street, got a voucher: a dobbel room for half the price! - and the officer in the reception got a very red head! :) Ok room, all technical worked - it was just for sleeping. Breakfast in a neighbour restaurant - no problem. :) (It's some years ago, now )
The location of the hotel is very good. It is place in Nathan Road its very accessible, very near the mall and shopping center. Very Near in MTR. I love the place even though the hotel in old when you can see in there elevator and there hall way. The room is spacious enough to my family, the Cr is small also.
...I mean unless you enjoy the smell of a rotting moulding old building. I paid $115 per night to stay in this?! I didn’t even stay. Checked in and then checked right out. Dirty, wallpaper falling off, just so OLD AND GROSS 🤢🤮 I’m fine with budget lodgings as long as it is clean and maintained! but at some point repairs need to be made and money needs to be invested for upkeep. 😵
The best thing about the hotel is its location. Its in the commercial district with walkinmg distance to MTR and lots of eating and shopping plcaes. Very close to the bay area, Victoria dock . The hotel room is okay but bit old. They donot have any restaurant and cafeteria. The staff behavior is nice. Overall a good stay
I've been waiting 50 minutes so fat for them to open my door. The key card didn't work. They didn't believe me and told me to try again. Still no good. Desk clerk went up with me - the key card didn't work for him either. He said I should wait - they would get it fixed. When I left earlier this evening I reported a leaking fire sprinkler. It was near the desk, so I coulidnt dare do any work on my computer in case the sprinkler leak became a spray. They said they were full so couldn't move me until tomorrow morning. Now waiting 57 minutes. They should move me to another hotel... assuming they can somehow open the door so I can retrieve my belongings.
