It was a very friendly and quick check in procedures and very friendly staff. rooms are nice but toilet and bathroom could need a refreshment. Comfortable bed and pillow made me sleep good eventhough i suffered jetlag. Free internet. Good breakfast buffet

Yes, the hotel actually provides guests with a handy cell/mobile phone that can be used to make local calls for free. If I remember correctly, calls to some other countries can also be made for free but I think they're mainly nearby Asian countries. Not for Canada or US though. The phone can also be used to surf the internet and to pay for purchases when you open an account. We did not do this as we already had Octopus cards for small purchases but I can see how some people might find it useful for this purpose.
