We booked the Park Lane and did not know what to expect. We have stayed in most of the top hotels in Hong Kong from the Peninsula to the Conrad. We checked in and Ravena checked us in.We asked for a club floor as our booking was for a standard room.Ravena found the last available room for us at HK $880...

The location is great, easy to get a taxi, and near lots of shopping and restaurants. I have stayed here several times and always go back. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is a huge buffet, but very expensive.

I stayed for 4 nights and the level of services offered were great and match with Pullman standard. I am happy and will return to the hotel in near future. The only setback is lobby too uptrend which the rooms doesn't match. If the room also upgraded it will be perfect.

Again our annual holiday was at this hotel. As usual the staff were always eager to please with the rooms spotless The location ( opposite the beautiful Victoria Park and close to major shopping malls and the subway which allows frequent and easy access to anywhere in Hong Kong) is a bonus feature. Full marks to the management for now...

The hotel is good - the best part being the central location. The front desk staff very well-trained and professional. We were a bit early so they asked us to wait in the cafe while they got the housekeeping to get the room ready fast. It didnt take long for them to get the room ready and we were able...

As usual, I still chose to stay in Parklane due to the familiarity and convenience. And by this time, all the amenities I need and am used to are just either meters away from the hotel or already in the vicinity of the hotel itself. I love my Ikea meatballs and they're just downstairs. Banks and ATMs in a hotel...

When we arrived to check-in, the queue was quite long to the counter. Fortunately, the check-out counter also started to accommodate guests checking in, this greatly reduced the check-in time. We were upgraded to a higher floor and in our hotel room was a Nespresso machine, great for a coffee addict like me. Bottled water was provided for free, replenished...

Stayed here for 2 nights with our 1 yr old. The hotel is right across from the park perfect for the baby / toddler to run around. Our window also faced the park so we had a great view. Short walk to the Causeway Bay station, close to 24hr supermarket and shops & restaurants. And definitely check out the roof...

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
