Stayed here in late January. Managed to book a club room which is the way to go as you bypass checking in on the ground floor which is always crowded with people checking in and out. Having the advantage of a club room was just perfect as you were very well looked after by the club lounge staff who went...

I chose this hotel primarily due to the location and it served well for the same. The hotel is located in the middle of Tsim Tsha Tsui amid prime shopping area. For Indians, you can find a bunch of Indian Restaurants in Chunking Mansions which is at a walking distance of 2 minutes. The subway station is also just outside...

Stayed in The Grand Kowloon from 9-11 Feb 2017. The hotel is located in the middle of the main tourist area. There is a direct access from the hotel lobby to the MTR Station. Taxis and the free airport express shuttle bus stops right outside the hotel. Very convenient. Takes about 20 mins from Kowloon Airport express station. Did not...

My wife and I compete in many marathons every year, and part of our challenge is to find a hotel close to the start of the run. The location is very important (in order to maximize the amount of sleep we can get before the race), but the comfort of the room and the dining option are also critical. On...

Small but perfectly adequate, clean rooms and attentive staff makes this one very conveniently located good hotel choice. MTR access direct from the lobby. And a short walk to the Star Ferry or Nathan Road.

We stopped of in Hong Kong for a few days on way to Thailand and chose this hotel for its location. The staff are fantastic the hotel and rooms spotless. The food is to die for highly recommended the rib eye steak in the bar. If there are complaints about this hotel and staff then there must be a problem...

Great central location in TST, direct access to TST Metro and onto Nathan Road. Short walk to Cultural Centre and Ferry Port. Rooms are small and compact, but have everything needed, included bathrobes which are always welcome. Bathroom had a tub with shower over and shower was very good. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out was...

The biggest variety of breakfast selection ever. That is where it stops for me. Staff unfriendly. On check in I was asked for credit card to authorise a DEPOSIT. I then found out the hard way that they had actually charged the room for the 3 days (no problem) but then they also charged $A300.00 as a deposit.

When I read bad reviews that seems unfounded or about something that is actually common knowledge I always wonder if the visitor read the reviews about the hotel before the time. Hotel rooms in Hong Kong, (Kowloon), Korea etc. are normally smaller as in for egg in Thailand. I stayed in 6 different hotels in Kowloon and ALL are a...
