Wonderful view, excellent service and a really good breakfast. The staff were very, very eager to help. It was a very good experience of what efficiency looked like. We arrived to pleasant staff who spoke perfect English our stay of 5 days was only blighted by rain and the hotel even loaned us umbrellas.

Famous and not the newest hotel but has very friendly and well trained staff throughout. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sports bar is friendly but can get a little loud. Often filled with staff from airlines on overnight. The TOTT's restaurant offers amazing views of Hong Kong harbour and excellent food but not a cheap place to eat. Location is... More

Very nice hotel. Quite big. Behind sogo and harbour facing. Room size is pretty big. Food area is everywhere as well as shopping. Breakfast is ok but can give a missed. Hong Kong has plenty of food around. Times aquare is about 8 minutes walk.

This hotel has always been my first choice whenever I visit Hong Kong for business or leisure. Situated in an excellent location with easy access to CWB MTR .SOGO and Times Square are nearby for shoppers. Check-in was fast and reception staff was friendly and helpful as always. I think they renovated some of the rooms recently. The décor of... More

Stayed here 3 nights for work, the check in its a little long but the room is a good size considering most hotel in HK is pricey and small in size. It has a lobby cafe. Strategically place in Wan Chai

Situated in Causeway Bay with Harbour view rooms available, the hotel has an excellent location. As former residents this was our third return visit to the hotel following our return to the U.K. Since our last visit the hotel has been refurbished which was not to our taste. We found the furniture to be very "plasticy" in appearance and the... More

Hotel location is great for shopping (next to Sogo) and getting around. Staff and concierge were helpful, the room was clean but don't think they change the beddings for the 5 days/4nights we stayed there. Furthermore the charge for extra bed at HK$400/night is on the high side ! As we 9 pax including an elder person and 2 young... More

Good service, bf buffet good choices and quality. For the price and location, no complaint. Wondering why they havent refurbished the building though, think ppl would not mind paying more if the facilities are renewes as it looks like from the 80s. See the old looking phone and sofa attached.

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
