The room was dark, it only has 3 tiny reading lights and one right beside the tv. The staff were not friendly and helpful at all, asked them to open the connecting door but they never come and unlock the door. There was no point having a connecting door !!! The handy internet wifi was terrible, none of our device...

We've stayed in Rosedale for 4 nights. A man in airport told us how to go there. We took the airport express to Hongkong Station, then took the bus from H2 that would took us to bus stop near Rosedale Hotel for free. We booked deluxe connecting rooms which were so comfy because my baby girl could walked around two...

Location-wise, hotel is walkable from causewaybay station, sogo, fashion walk, lee gardens. There is also a nearby Mcdonald's. Room is small but complete with amenities. Staff is helpful. Wifi is good, they also have a complimentary handy phone you can bring with you when you go out but it cannot be used as a personal hotspot. Overall, i recommend this...

I should preface this review by first stating that it’s all about expectations. Hong Kong is extremely expensive when it comes to hotel rooms, and rooms tend to be much smaller than elsewhere in the world, especially elsewhere in Asia. That said, the Rosedale offers one of the best deals in Hong Kong. Clean, quiet, good service, great location, and...

the room smells with a carpet cleaner. chemical smell, makes you feel bad. Wifi totally sucks you can not go online. When complained ,the hotel reply with an attitude of live with it. They said it,s because a lot of guests are surfing at same time. And it was 11 pm. Very good excuse .

Near Victoria Park but a bit far from the MTR. The breakfast was disapointing, it wasn't delicious. I had to deposit my money here around 500hkd. The view was great, but the tv shows were sucks. There was a cellphone inside the room but i didn't use it.

The Hotel is in a great location (Causeway Bay) which is an uptown location, the hotel staff are very polite and useful. The Desk Officers at the Concierge-were very useful in terms of providing information about the city and also places to visit. The thing I liked most about the hotel-was its location. One can easily access the Metro train...
