Very good stuff especially at the front desk. Especially Eian. Room was clean . Located near the mtr. Fun hotel to stay, good value for money. The bar on the roof is great, amazing views and wonderful drinks.

Pics I have uploaded tell its own story Drinks in the fridge and snacks were provided free of charge. Internet connection was good. Shower and...

Stayed for 1 night on 12 Jan 2017. Arrived at the hotel at 7 pm, check in was quick, and they already communicated and noted my request for shower room via whats apps, which is a plus. Room is about 38 sq m, which is big by Hong Kong standard. Free soft drinks and snacks is good. Location is very...

we stayed here over the new year period. It was a great hotel, clean, polished professional and a great price over an expensive time of the year. The whole hotel was spotless. The rooms were a nice touch of luxury. We used the free smart phone the whole time we were there which was so handy. We used it to...

Unless u must stay in Jordan, do not book this hotel. For a similar price range, u may stay in a true 4 or 5 * hotel in Mongkok or Tsim Sha Tsui for a better experience. I chose this hotel based on the good reviews only to find out it was not a luxurious hotel...more like a motel or...

Pros: great location (close to night market, ferry to the island and other destinations), clean, friendly staff, reasonably priced, quiet, good shower, wifi worked well, they give you a local cell phone to use which was super helpful, free mini bar items, gave us a free map of HK and some suggestions. Cons: room a...

Arrived at hotel before 8am but they were fully occupied so we did not managed to get an early check in. The hotel's location being near the Jordan MTR was very convenient. There's also many eateries and a night market nearby. The kids love the art gallery and the games room, although the setup for the games took a while and some games had problems. The room has to be booked beforehand. Breakfast was a simple spread and almost the same...

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
