To access the rooms / hotel you have to go through an arcade of asian style market and find the location of the correct lift. At night the arcade and stalls are closed with little lighting. They are many unsavoury characters loitering around the entrance. When chose not to enter the arcade and booked into the hotel next door even though we could not get a refund. We did go there during the next day abd were then asked to pay cash or 10% surcharge on credit card. We were up graded to a family room to compensate for not being advised about the surcharge. The room was ridiculously small. There was no shower just a shower head over the toilet. You couldn't open the door completely as it hit up against a set of drawers. The mattresses were 4 inches thick. It smelt musky and there was mold in the bathroom. We didnt stay we payed for 2 more nights next door.

On booking.com this looks like a proper hotel. It is in fact just a floor in a high rise block in the middle of a giant market. I paid over 25 dollars for a private room that was advertised as having on suite bathroom with shower, flatscreen fv, fridge...photos looked nice. I will show you reality photos. But worst thing is the lift up to this 11th floor. Won't work if more than 4 at a time, about 25 floors, it takes about 5 mins for every 4 people, you can wait 20 mins for the lift, I did. In the photos you can see the lift queue (constant and often worse than this) the entire bathroom of shower toilet and sink in just a couple of Sq feet and the whole room Inc the tv

This place is horrible, what you see in pictures when you book it is not the same. This place and other hostel affiliates is located inside a smelly and chaotic. market with a small elevator that only fits 4-5 people at a time. The people who work here are not honest. When we came back to our room, they let other guests occupied our room. They did not want to refund and just kept apologizing. They also charge cleaning fee, and they already knew That we didn’t stay at the place at all. The room and bathroom are way too small. The wall to wall is an arm stretched distance only. So if you have big luggages, then there’s no room for you to walk. Bathroom is a shower toilet combo and the size is as small as the toilet in the airplane. This hotel is not worth your money. Do not stay here.

I booked the hotel for double stay via one of the hotel booking sites and was on the last day on the journey to China. The rooms were terrible and fees were more than expected one. There was no toilet paper in the room, the room which I booked was not given and feel cheated. There was lack of amenities. Its better to avoid this hotel and its sister concern like Bohol etc.
