Long time have not visit Tosca di Angelo already, this time visited with friend together. We ordered four course set lunch menu. The food were wonderful and service was excellent. I can feel every staff were smiling to every single guests. Served ladies first and refilled the drinks on time. Especially want to mention Raymond, John, Calvin and Kenneth. Must visit again👍🏼👍🏼
Overall we love our stays at Ritz Carlton HK, the view is spectacular, the bathtub is comfy and the food are yummy! We are especially impressed by Yves from Switzerland who is the attending staff at Ritz Carlton, he remembered our names after 5 months of our visits, he is very polite, we have visited there for a few times, and whenever we visit Ritz Carlton, he greeted us politely and is very kind and helpful at offering assistance and when we leave, he gave us farewell! We hope to see Yves soon again, as we really feel welcoming and warmth when we get there, we will visit Ritz Carlton next week again! We like having our staycations there, the bed is so comfortable, the hotel offers the best view of HK, if you want to try luxury hotels, Ritz Carlton is a must go, especially for celebration of Birthdays and any kinds of happy event, anniversary etc. We had a relaxing day after having the cakes, the breakfast buffets, and dinner there, it's like a recharging for us when we cannot go travelling now!…
Summer Wong is fabulous , she attentively offer us late check out since she knew we were celebrating our anniversary , also tried to provide assistance for our stay. Timothy Lam and Lucas Pang were particularly helpful in suggesting some great wines and food, they've always been very friendly towards me.
Spa package was great, the staff were polite and helpful. The afternoon tea package was exceptional specially the service staff Koshin and Erica. They were so friendly and helpful in taking pictures for us. They made our 31st wedding anniversary very special and memorable. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends for the great experience.
I had a great experience at the Ritz-Carlton. All the staff were nice and happy to help, especially Miss Annisa Connie, who were at the front desk, gave us a very warm welcoming and she allowed us to check in early at two and found us a connecting room. The hotel offered us red wine, desserts and fruits, the service was exceptional. Thank you! Would definitely recommend to my friends!
Hand out with friends in Tosca. Take a break during pandemics, staff arranged the lovely window seat for us which is very impressed. John, Calvin & Kenneth provided are attentive, passionate to take care us. The food was superb. Will definitely come again. Thank you team. Keep it up
I have breakfast in this hotel 102F today (18 May 2022). GALIH serves us very well and she is very polite. She gives me a great experience. The food is good and GALIH recommends me to order Flaky Croffle which is very good.
We chose Ritz Carlton to celebrate our 8th Anniversary last year but unfortunately there was a typhoon hitting Hong Kong so we have no choice but to cancel our trip here. So this is our first time visiting RC and thanks RC for the warm welcome. Not only was our room upgraded to suite for the Victoria Harbour view, RC also offered us a celebrating cake for our marriage. The biggest surprise is a decoration prepared by our receptionist Miss Helen Wu who had been busy all day already but still squeezed some time to give us the surprise. Hi, I am writing this comment to express my sincere appreciation to the team efforts, especially front-desk and guest relations department. I have been staying here for few times and this is the best experience that I had. I have recommended RC to my friend to celebrate bday here this time and I am the one who settle their reservation first. When I arrive the lobby on 3/5 evening, Front Desk colleague Summer who help me to settle the bill and pre check-in process. She was kind and helpful, when she found out that it was a bday celebration for my friend, she try to offer some special for my friend as much as she can. I’m really appreciate on it and the most admire things on Summer is she did mention her name few times to me during the experience and I remembered. After that if I need to call back and I know who I should looking for. That’s really a good experience on me. Day before the arrival, Summer informed me that she had her day-off on tmr but she had already hand over my friend reservation to her colleague Yammie. Yammie is the second person I would like to thanks for, she text me and introduce herself to me. Besides on that, she keep on update me that my friend reservation and she promised they will be well look after. I’ve been told from my friend that they loved your service so much. Thanks for that. Apart from Summer and Yammie, the last person I would like to thanks for is Minnie from Guest Relations department. I received her call day before arrival, she called with a friendly manner and during our conversation, she knows my friend was first time being here and is a bday celebration. She said she will prepare a little surprise for them and wish they have a joyful experience in RC. Yes, you did it, Minnie. The birthday girl loves so much of the decor and especially the handmade bday card for her. Last but not least, allow me to say again “Thank You” to all of your effort and made them have their first time experience in RC were wonderful. Thank you the management team as well you guys well-trained to the staff and please encourage them. Summer, Yammie and Minnie you guys are the star in this hotel and the best Ladies I met in RC Hong Kong. Spent a night in Ritz Carlton celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday. As a person with careless mind, thanks for all those emails and calls from the staff Minnie, keep reminding me to prepare a perfect birthday for my boyfriend. Helen Wu was so helpful and passionate about showing us the facilities in the hotel and her warm greetings made us really feel like home. I didnt expect a free upgrade and birthday decoration, which completed the whole birthday experience. Not only Helen, all the staffs i met in Ritz Carlton were so friendly and always with a smile on their face, and tried their best to take care of all your needs. It was a very satisfying stay in Ritz Carlton and will definitely visit again. Again, thanks for your help! Helen ;-D
