Cleaner Helen works with care and responsibility, arriving on time every day and cleaning meticulously. From cracks in the floor to the corners of the sills are wiped brightly, disinfection is meticulous, and even the trash cans are cleaned regularly. When you meet a guest to greet you, work lightly without affecting others. The professional and thoughtful service made the whole room look new and truly appreciated her hard work!

The room cleaned by Helen was very clean. The air conditioner and exhaust fan were turned on for us in advance. When we came back and lay down when we were tired, the temperature was just right. The room had good privacy, the double curtains were very light-proof, the location was very convenient, the subway and bus were very convenient, and we could quickly reach the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. It was very quiet to sleep at night. There was also a bathtub in the room to take a bath and eliminate all fatigue. The hotel also had a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery was great. Overall, it was great. Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will choose L'hotel South Bay to stay ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The room is very big, which is rare in Hong Kong. The transportation is convenient. It is very close to Ocean Park and Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui. The bus stop is downstairs and the subway is also a few minutes away. The room service is very timely and the waiters are very thoughtful and meticulous, especially Amy who helps to clean the room, bathroom, floor and change towels every day. I really want to thank her.
The hotel has a buffet, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and there is a half-price event. There is a cafeteria downstairs, which is cheap and good. The reception at the front desk is very enthusiastic. If there is something urgent, the waiter can also be arranged to help at night. The stay is very comfortable and happy😁😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Entire experience staying in this hotel is good, especially the cleaner called Amy Zhou is very friendly and helpful to clean up the toilet and bedroom is superb tidy.
Overall, this hotel room not only clean and lots of spaces compared with other standard 4 stars rating hotel. Enjoy staying in this hotel not only clean also provides some instant coffee and tea bags for us which makes us feeling welcome and relaxed.
However, this hotel does not provide any free computer room or business lodge for us to use which is not that convenient. Free WiFi provided by this hotel however internet connection is not that good, I hope this hotel can do more improvements on the facilities for us.
Also, there is no 24 hours laundry shops and no convenience stores next to this hotel. I hope they will provide more information to their customers when we start to check-in this hotel.

Such a lovely experience! As soon as we checked in, Sammy gave us a lovely room upgrade where we could watch the sunrise over the hills and water. This was our fourth hotel staying in Hong Kong travelling for a few weeks and by far the kindest staff possible, who went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. I especially loved the bath, large dual aspect windows for 180 views and the slippers provided. Huge bed too.
Unfortunately the pool is closed in Winter months (a key reason we booked) and we would recommend getting to breakfast early before it runs out (we were asked to leave so they could set up for lunch despite advertised being open all day). Thankfully there are plenty of local coffee and food options locally and at the MTR, and a perfect location for Aberdeen and only 10 mins from busy Central. The MTR and taxis are minutes away, so all in all we would definitely stay again when we need a relaxing retreat away from the busy city lights.

Location: Huangzhukeng Metro Station is very close, we dragged our luggage out in less than 10 minutes, kind of close, need to pay attention to the hotel sign Reception: We were received by Jack, Sammy, really nice, very warm and polite, explained in detail, already trying to communicate in Mandarin, and gave us a room upgrade, didn't have to wait 2pm to check in Rooms: I've lived in the heart of the empress, this is the first time I've lived, the landlords are big, there are 20 flat bars, and this will be a bit newer, closed windows so a little stuffy smell, but this price in Hong Kong to have such a large space is really very rare, very good value for money

Thanks to Helen for cleaning the room very clean. The cleaning staff has a good service attitude. It is convenient to go out and take the subway, which is only 5 minutes away. The hotel is very special, full of design style, antique and charming. The breakfast is diverse and tastes good. The staff service is great. There is also a service box at the front desk, which contains small gadgets that are used daily but are easy to forget. It is very considerate and adds to the favorability. The room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries are very high-end, better than some star-rated hotels. There are also many types of breakfast, and the combination of meat and vegetables is very good. It is a very satisfactory stay experience, highly recommended.

Julia at the front desk was very polite and patient, explaining how to be a member and other information was meticulous. A middle-aged man with a hinterland accent tried to cut in line in various impolite ways, and Julia handled politeness with great international decency, praise. The toilet in the room is environmentally friendly design, do not understand the operation of the blockage, young master Lok very conscientious not afraid of hard work without complaining very cheerful to solve the dredging and explain the correct operation, praise. The cleaning staff on the 36th floor are also professional and active in the aftermath. These three employees are really a negative impression of Hong Kong's services sector. The only suggestion is that hotels can stick an eco-friendly toilet in the toilet for proper operation, which saves a lot of unnecessary hassle. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The hotel facilities are new and clean and stylish, very close to the subway, the hotel doorway bus to the city's main shopping mall business center, travel is really convenient.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The overall experience is good. It is close to the subway station, convenient to go anywhere, close to the mountain, and the environment is also very good. The front desk check-in is also very efficient, and they took the initiative to help me upgrade to a high floor. The breakfast is generally good. It would be more perfect if there were more dishes. The room is large and the view is very open. In addition, there is an air purifier. It is worth staying in such a hotel at a price of more than 1,000 in Hong Kong. The cleaning lady Helen is very enthusiastic and always takes the initiative to greet. The hygiene is also clean and very responsible. Once my room card was locked in the room, she repeatedly confirmed my identity with me before helping me open the door. I am very grateful

Miss Helen is considerate and enthusiastic in her work and service. She cleans very cleanly and treats us like family. There is no dust or stain in any corner of the room, such as the bathroom. Water, coffee, milk tea, black tea, green tea, etc. are all free in the room, and the fan is also free to try. The air conditioner is also very quiet, the faucet water is also very large, and the cold and hot water switching is also very flexible. The sheets and quilts are super clean and tidy, the mattress is just the right hardness and very comfortable, and the sleep is also very quiet. I slept very comfortably and slept until dawn, just like I felt at home. The receptionist at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, and the surrounding environment is convenient for the subway. I will choose the South Bay Ruxin Hotel again if I have the chance.

They will call you the day before to confirm the check out time, so you can arrange with them. When I left during the day, they did help to call the taxi, I assume they can do the same at any time.
