The hotel is beautifully designed. The staffs are professional but friendly and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and their guest. The bar is super amazing, often made with their own infused liquors, are well-balanced, delicious, and definitely one-of-a-kind. The high personal touch and friendliness of the people there are what makes this cozy bar stand out from the rest. The bartenders, Mario, Mike, Taki and Wilson were able to precisely zero in on our palettes and make us drinks that made our taste buds sing, you can definitely feel their passion for their craft.

It was my birthday staycation. My staycation package includes a 3course meal dinner and semi-breakfast buffet. Although due to the government rules of covid issue, I can’t use the facilities of spa, gym nor swimming pool 🥲 I even cannot dine in in there restaurant after 6pm. However, the in room service is perfect to me❤️ Room is spacious, Butler had arrange us a corner room which I did have a good view of Wanchai and some Victoria harbour. 3 of the most surprising facility in room is: table—superb and Ig-able! Is hard to tell anyone that is in room dining but restaurants. Bathtub—super spacious and there is tv!!! That’s exactly what my dream bathroom is!!! Bed—it is one of the best bedding in the world that I couldn’t hear my husband snoring and sleep well 😂😂 Regarding to the food and beverage, I think they are the top 3 desserts on my list 😎 I had a special birthday treats when I arrive the room. It looks super sweet but rich chocolate flavour, with some crunchy chips inside. So delicious that I finished in 5mins lol. We’ve order a apple and caramel cheesecake as our teatime dessert. It was fresh, balance of sweet and acidity, guilty but not too guilty for us😋 3course dinner: Starter and main dishes are definitely delicious. Cooked in right texture and seasoning perfectly. Amount is just right and you’ll get rooms for desserts 😋 Pistachio madeleines and lemon tart was absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find a good dessert with pistachio in Hong Kong so if anyone love pistachio, please try this😋 Lemon tart, well balance again and I wish to have more 🤤 Breakfast was out of my expectations that the abalone chicken congee is sooooooo good 😌 best star of a day❤️❤️❤️ Juice are freshly made, not from concentrate. Pandan juice is my favourite drink ( though it looks like drinks from Alice in the wonderland)

Celebrating a friend's birthday and booking a stay at the St. Regis was a great experience and we highly recommend it for family and friends. Thanks to Butler Angel for this stay. Angel knew that we were checking in to celebrate birthday, so she had already upgraded our room and arranged breakfast for us. After we checked in and personally led us to the room to introduce the details, she always polite and we were felt very respected and had a high standard of service. Thanks to Angel who sent us a surprise gift and best wishing card as a gift on the day of our checkout, I felt very surprised and satisfied. Last but not least ,I felt this hotel housekeeping team had very great attention to the cleanliness and details of the room, which made my stay was very reassuring experience I’m really appreciated.
