Only Reggie Hong Kong can make me abandon Hong Kong's beauty. Apart from a little lack of scenery, Hong Kong Regi is my favorite Hong Kong hotel right now. The service is getting better, the breakfast is rich and rough, and the new Chinese style designed by André Fu is also relaxed without losing a sense of luxury.
The accommodation in the metropolitan suite layout is very precise: the first line of sea views, the bedroom is a two-sided glass walled corner room, two guards, and the master has a ground window, two hat rooms, a separate dining table and a coffee bar area.
The housekeeper service is very attentive, from the check-in to the check-in three days provide very detailed and warm service, and talk is as easy as home. Reason and Max in the front hall are especially impressive, while Sky and Tony at the restaurant are also passionate.

This Hotel is quietly understated from the roadside but once you step inside it exudes peace and tranquility! We were met by Claudio who was both professional and personable - he made our stay special with the extra touches throughout. Abbie on reception was delightful too! The staff at breakfast are attentive and the food is wonderful. Our room was out of this world! The bed comfort felt like you were sleeping in a cloud! Our Son treated us to a 2 night stay but it felt like time stood still here and we felt so chilled and relaxed as if we had spent a week here... We can't recommend this Hotel enough - added bonus of a lovely pool too.

The room is comfortable and there is a housekeeper who is always attentive to housekeeping needs. There are plenty of supplies in the room, and there are cut fruits and a plate of small desserts. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the air-conditioning equipment will automatically switch to silent at bedtime. , I don’t know if I pressed the curtains myself or it was close to the check-out time. I was woken up when I opened them automatically. The hotel is in a very good location. It can be reached within 5 minutes from Wan Chai. It is very easy to get there. The hotel facilities are not complete. It's a pity to experience it, but next time if I can, I will choose this hotel again. You can walk to Wan Chai Pier at night, and you will have a very amazing night view that looks like Hong Kong.

My stay this time round was supposed to be from 23rd - 28th December, but we cut it short due to some very unpleasant experiences that we encountered during our stay and moved to Rosewood hotel for the last two days of our trip.
On the 24th, my parents went down for the breakfast where they were served cold eggs at a hotel that charge at least 358hkd per guest. I would have not opted for the room option with breakfast included had i known that all i will be getting are cold eggs.
When we came back from dinner, we wanted to ask for a change of our mattress to a firmer type as my mum had back problems and experience great discomfort sleeping on a soft mattress. The female receptionist at the front desk by the name of Charlotte Chan told us that there are no housekeeping staff working at the hotel during the night and we will have to wait till the next morning for the change of mattress. That was quite a ridiculous response for us as it just simply do not make sense that there are no housekeeping staff at a five star hotel during night time. Will the hotel tell me to wait till morning for housekeeping to come and clean my room too should i had vomitted on my bed ?
I asked to meet the manager on duty and only then did this receptionist made a phone call to get someone to come and change our mattress for us. At this point, i am confused as to why the receptionist did not made the phone call in the beginning instead of just rejecting us. Last time we were in Four Seasons Singapore, the manager on duty came down personally to help change the mattress since his housekeeping team were all busy.
When the mattress came, we discovered that there were many lipstick stains on the supposed clean bedsheet as we have not been in the room since we left the room to be cleaned before we went out. The staff went to get another set of bedsheets, and yet they were dirty again. According to the staff, the hotel outsource its laundry to a 3rd party, but do the housekeepers not check the cleanliness of the bedsheets after they have installed it ? This is very appalling standards for a 5 star international hotel chain.
On the 25th, i stated specifically to the butler via whatsapp before we left the room that we did not want housekeeping to clean our room in addition to having left the do not disturb light on for our room before we went out for lunch. When we came back after lunch, we discovered that the housekeeping staff had ignored the do not disturb light and just entered our room. This was the last straw for us and we decided to switch hotels despite the inconveniences it brought to us as we simply did not want to stay at this horrible hotel anymore.
During my previous stay here in April this year, I settled the bill the night before my departure as we were leaving quite early in the morning. When i have reached my next destination, I received an email from the hotel saying that they have somehow managed to 'accidentally' charge me again for the same bill that i have already paid for the night before.
My summary is this: I have experienced a consistently poor standard of service provided by the staffs at this hotel and will never come back to this hotel ever again.

We brought our doll family (LerLer family) to the St. Regis Hong Kong with great anticipation. The St. Regis Hotel felt extremely welcoming and warm from the moment we checked in. The front desk service was Sherwin Fung, who is also a member of the housekeeper, and was very attentive. The greetings and care, and the room was also introduced in detail and perfectly, making us feel treated with professionalism and honor. He is a very good butler👍 The St. Regis Hotel is most famous for its butler service. The butler is very gentle and considerate 24 hours a day to provide us with the services we need at the right time. The space in the room is used very well, every corner and environment is arranged comfortably, and there are many thoughtful little designs. For meals, the Chinese restaurant "Run" brings us the most exquisite feast. Every dish is a moving work, very unique and impressive! Breakfast is served a la carte. If you are not full, you can add more. The service staff are always warm and smiling. It is really a hotel with excellent services. Special thanks to the butler Sherwin for giving us the best memories of the trip. Before leaving, he gave us a surprise gift for our anniversary celebration - a St. Regis bear, which added a new member to our LerLer family (see photo).

I chose two hotels in Hong Kong this time, St. Regis and Ritz. I stayed in St. Regis for the past few days. The hotel has a butler service. After adding WeChat, you can contact WeChat every day if you have something to do. Tea, juice and milk are delivered to the guest room, the room is cleaned in time, and items are delivered, etc. The butler Joey who checked in was very nice. He delivered it to the guest room and introduced various services. There was also a handwritten letter from General Manager Javie thanking the stay, and a little bear with the child's name tattooed on it, which was very cute. I accidentally broke a glass today, and the butler Evelyn also helped to deal with it in time. She was most concerned about whether the guests were injured. The hardware of luxury hotels is not much different. The biggest difference may be the service. The St. Regis Hotel is remarkable in terms of service. Next time I come to Hong Kong, I will consider staying here for a few days.

Amazing stay with St Regis last weekend with my husband and 7M old baby. Wasn’t expecting that level of attention to details but their service and preparation made my stay with my baby enjoyable and easy. The room was equipped with crib, bottle warmer, bottle steamer, hot water machine, Mustela baby toiletries, baby tub and the thing I’m most impressed was they even corner proofed the bath tub. The only thing I would suggest is if they could add a changing corner in the rooms that would make it even more perfect.

The St. Regis Hong Kong is a luxurious hotel that combines the essence of the original St. Regis in New York with the spirit of Hong Kong. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the opulence and understated luxury of the hotel.
Moving up to the Grand Room, which is located in the lobby, we were delighted by the exceptional service provided by our front desk worker. She kindly came to us at the bar to deliver our room key. Additionally, Kary Wong provided us with an amazing guest experience by fulfilling all our requests to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Lastly, Jimmy, the butler, accompanied us to our St. Regis Suite and explained all of its features and functions. The level of service and pampering exceeded our expectations.
The St. Regis Suite itself can be described as “silky”. All of the motifs and furnishings were thoughtfully designed by Andre Fu and his design team at ASFO and seamlessly came together to create a harmonious space. From the Hong Kong-style lamps of the 1940s to the marble bathrooms, the room was not only stylish but also technologically advanced, with curtain and light controls located at our fingertips.
As I mentioned earlier, Karry was able to fulfill all of our requests to celebrate my wife’s birthday, which included champagne, Christmas motifs, and small balloon decor for the wall. Additionally, the room came with a free Jo Malone diffuser, which we were able to take home. The experience exceeded all our expectations.
For breakfast, I was able to make use of my Marriott status and receive free breakfast for two in the Drawing Room. It was a beautiful start to the day as the sunlight danced around the room. For breakfast, we ordered a Japanese and Chinese breakfast, an omelet, and wonton soup. All of the food is made to order a la carte style and comes with multiple side dishes.
Overall, my stay at the St. Regis Hong Kong was nothing short of spectacular. The only downside was that I wished we had more guests to share the experience with in our Suite! I would like to express my gratitude to the St. Regis staff for creating a brilliant birthday experience for my wife.

I stayed here for one night on a birthday celebration trip. I had stayed here before the pandemic and thought it was a very nice hotel, but this time I was convinced of its greatness. Butler Joey took our preferences and wishes into consideration everywhere, and his polite and casual consideration made our stay even more luxurious and comfortable. We were assigned a St. Regis Suite on a high floor. Designer and architect Andre Fu's stylish rooms are not only stylish, but also have functional beauty with a well-calculated flow of movement, which is simply amazing. I think this is one of the hotels designed by Fu that is particularly excellent. The champagne saberage, where guests are served champagne, was also a stylish service and a fun one. At "Jun Run" where we had dinner, all of the signature menu items recommended to us were very delicious. Marriott Platinum members and above can choose breakfast as a benefit, and "Jun Run" also has a delicious Chinese menu. The breakfast, which included Chinese congee filled with abalone and high-quality dim sum, was truly luxurious! It was one of the most memorable hotel breakfasts I've had.
It was a wonderful stay, and my wife and I are grateful to Joey for his hospitality, as he had made all the preparations necessary to welcome us before our stay.

Because it was so delicious, a line of 6 people ate 12 dishes! Master Hong's craftsmanship remains excellent and innovative enough. The first dish has a strong autumn breath, and with a potty-sized snack and fragrance, I have a renewed knowledge of the snack, surprise and good taste. Too good food to complain not enough, ha
Drunk chicken rolls are often eaten, with yellow wines, see the cook's attention. And the taste is full. Pepper duck tongue to decoction makes it very convenient for guests to eat. Black gold potato sauce, has been transformed into a carrot sauce, was surprised, and loved that peppermint scent, but not very spicy. The engineering of the bread is good and there is no sense of oiliness at all.
The coconut crocodile chicken soup is very sweet and aromatic in the taste of coconut, you can drink the coconut sauce before you smell it. In addition, shrimp meat chopped shrimp, shrimp meat and shrimp oil, great love.
To eat, to make a taste of food, and a lot of meat, love people must.
The dessert is as good as ever, there are my favorite eggs, the first time to eat happy fruit, and the southern pastries, women must eat dessert can be nurtured.
Again, the master's craftsmanship, the understanding of the ingredients made matching and conception. Really delicious.
A group of friends ate and drank and had a pleasant evening. Looking forward to tasting Master Hong again.

Hey @xuelingwong! Hope you're keeping well. St Regis HKG does have an Airport Shuttle from HKIA costing 1430 HKD (according to their website).
If you don't have a lot of baggage I would recommend getting the airport express and then taking a cab to St Regis should cost around approx. 200 - 250 HKD
Else plenty of cabs available from the airport to St. Regis should be approx. 335 - 350 or 375 HKD
Hope this helps :)
