As you enter, you will have to take the elevator to the 3rd floor, where you will get your key tot eh room. The room is small (may be 60 sq. ft) but adequate. Common shower nearby, and I had no waiting to avail it. The shower is very cozy inside :), enough for the purpose though. The greatest advantage...

I spend 6 days in this guesthouse . My little room had a good bed , shower ,toilet and tv . It became my cosy place to relax after a day in busy Hong Kong . Owner and staff very friendly and always ready to help . They give you advice where to change money , where to eat (...

Poor management, noisy, smells of smoke. Cramped and uncomfortable rooms with carpeting so poorly tacked into place that you have to watch out for the staples. The only thing going for the Lee Garden Guest House is the free Wifi and water. You may be better off sleeping in the park.

A safe, clean, friendly, affordable place in the midst of the crazy hustle and bustle of Kowloon. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated this place. My room (single with bathroom ensuite) was simple and tiny, but absolutely sufficient, and the lady at the front desk was lovely and helpful. I would recommend this little hotel to anyone.

Stayed in a single room for 8 nights while attending a workshop at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, which was a ten minute walk away. The room was pretty basic just a bed, a cupboard, bedside table, TV, air conditioner, and their internet was good. My only complaint is the bed was hard and the pillows were a flat foam,...

Great location, only about 200-400m from Tsim Sha Shui MTR station (Cameron Road exit). The rooms are fairly small and a bit bare, but it's Hong Kong so that's budget standard (and really with all the 24hr amazingness on offer in Hong Kong you barely stay in your room apart from sleep). The rooms are pretty clean, with the staff...

Lee Garden was the 3rd hostel I stayed in Hong Kong and if I had to pick a place to stay in Kowloon I would definitely come back. It´s a good value for money and the size of the room is enough (considering that you are in Hong Kong, where rooms are usually very, very small) Staff is very friendly,...

Stayed at a single room for 4 nights. The room was bare bone, with a bed, a cupboard, bedside table and TV. The shower and toilet was shared. Wifi was fine. There was also a shared fridge, kettle and access to drinking water. Overall, I'm very happy with the stay. The room was clean. Location was great (about 3 minutes...
