I stayed at this apartment for a month on my arrival to Hong Kong to take up a new job. Good Points Very well located in Jordan and a 2 minute walk to the MTR. My travel time to Central was just 15 minutes. Room quite big for HK, if you are only staying a short time. 7/11 conveniently located... More

Payed for a night but didn't end up staying there and will never try and book there again. Booked online and once the confirmation email came through realised I had got my days mixed up. Called them within 5mins of initial online booking to try and move it to the following night was willing to pay extra but staff were... More

I stay in hotels more than 100 days year and this topped my list of the worst hotels I have stayed in. 1. If you have luggage, there is a huge staircase with no one to help you carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. 2. Hotel condition is very old, contrary to the picture you see on their... More

This was my second stay here. For four days. It was a real treat having a very lovely room with nice everything. The bed is amazing, super comfy and welcoming. If you love Hong Kong for shopping, you'll love that feeling looking forward to come home here to recharge. For the price you pay, it was indeed worth every penny.... More

We stayed two nights at this property. We had a one bedroom apartment with lounge/dining room and ensuite bathroom. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. The lift worked every time we used it. The staff were very helpful as well allowing us to store our luggage until the apartment was ready.

I am currently staying here and have stayed earlier too, both time the lift were not working. It takes entire day to get the same rectified. It becomes tough to walk down through stairs if you are staying in top floors. The management office every time says it doesn't happen, but both time I faced this issue. So anyone booking... More

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. The space provided is luxurious for hong kong! We had a living room with tv and sofa and air purifier!!! The bed was not too hard and not too soft, comfortable. There was a reusable shopping bag in the room as well as an umbrella! How thoughtful! Oh and even a dumbbell for... More

Nice place to stay . Only prob is lift does't go to ground floor. From 1 st floor , u need to carry baby stroller in you hand . No open area for baby. Kowloon garden is very near. MTR station 3 min walk away. You will find lots of shopping option, food and super stores near by.

This was our first visit to Hong Kong. Stayed on the Kowloon side of the bay because it was cheaper but, in hindsight, I would recommend that area anyway. It has tonnes more life and atmosphere than Hong Kong Island and you are just a stroll away from THAT view across the bay. Loads of great restaurants and shops (very... More

Ok, I am going to sound stupid and I never write gushing reviews but this place is perfect on so many levels. Firstly the location - it is perfectly located in the heart of the action right on Nathan Road in Jordan. It is easy to get to from the airport - being just around the corner from the Chi... More

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
