I stayed here in August 2015. I travelled alone to China to see my friend who lived in the area and found the Leo Hostel. Good value for money if you're a traveller with a low budget, a nice friendly atmosphere with plenty of other young travellers backpacking around Asia and the location was right near the station, Tiannamen square,...

Reception were really helpful, food was great, reasonably priced, location was great as you were a 5 min walk to subway which took us everywhere we needed to go for a 2 day flying visit! Only downfall being was when we went to the Great Wall tour, we were the only people there, which for photos is great, but the...

The hostel is beautifully decorated as most hostels these days are. However I found the dorm room to be very cold, not cozy at all as other hostels in northern China are as well I found one the two female staff members to be very cold, not very friendly and less than enthusiastic to help posing travelers. I say this...

We stayed in Beijing for 3 nights. Leo hostel was the perfect location as it is close to the major sights - Tiannamen square, forbidden city, "The Egg". While staying at the hostel, we also went on their "Secret" wall tour. While a bit pricey (rmb 260), it was well worth it. Our group of 6 left the hostel at...

Only about a 5min walk to the forbidden city. Nothing was to much for the staff when using there computer to order train tickets for japan the computer broke, the owner then fixed it...

This hostel is great if you want somewhere clean and fun to rest your head at night. There was a lovey bar and restaurant with decent food and drinks, a relaxing place to chill. The hotel is in a great location close to public transport, minutes from shopping, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to Tiananmen Square. Friendly and helpful staff....

Nice place, has a good vibe. We arrived at 3:30am and they managed to get us a room. Staff were so helpful. Wifi is really good. Showers powerful and hot. Quite a walk to the toilet but its ok. Cafe is nice also with a good vibe. Stay in smaller dorm for good sleep

Staff will go above and beyond for you, and the bar/common areas are a great place to meet people. Often nights staff would invite people out for dinner, including peking duck nearby which was one of the best meals I've ever had. Ton of people spend the nights drinking and meeting others, including the staff. The washrooms weren't the cleaness,...

I've stayed at Leo back in 2006, 2014 and I had a good friend working there. Without him, my stay would have sucked. He made this place a great experience for me. And thus made me love the atmosphere, the great drinking, and all. The dorms are gonna be what they are, cool, no problem, The single rooms rock!. Party...
