I had a great time at this hotel. Everyone is very accommodating. The concierge desk was especially helpful in getting me taxis and day drivers as well as booking local tours. They are especially good at making recommendations of places that will not over charge you. I highly recommend staying here.

I always come to this hotel il Beijing for business trip and there is nothing to complain about, on the contrary its worth mentioning all the positive aspects!. Rooms are comfortable (especially the bed), very nicely decorated with the right twist of modern and asian inspiration. Breakfast is impecable. Staff is so welcoming and careful that you are having a...

I had one of the best experiences while staying at a hotel while at East Beijing. The staff was exceptional and my room was spectacular and clean! I would live there if I could. The ONLY downside is the location. If you're in Beijing for pleasure, it's not in a great location, BUT it is close to a subway stop.

Perfect hotel with a magnificent view of the center, modern design of the rooms and in the traditional pieces of furniture which makes it clear that you are in China, breakfast is rich with a large selection of local specialties, of course miss dream of European food at the buffet breakfast, the only one that could be little to criticize...

The hotel is not so far from airport (30-40 minutes) by taxi. Staffs are friendly and speaks English. Not far from subway station (Jiangtai station). Connected to mall with shops and restaurants. Free wifi. Room quite spacious, only thing that I believe could be improve is that the toilet did not have spray for water (seems it is the common...

Five night stay in a 20th floor, corner room loft overlooking Beijing. Room was well appointed for its size. Staff were fantastic with a special mention to Jacky, Head Guest Experience Manager. I allowed Jacky to run my entire stay and was not disappointed with any of his suggestions. I will sing the praises of the 'East' & I will...

Spent a week at the hotel on business/pleasure and greatly enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, spoke sufficient English. Housekeeping, laundry, breakfast and concierge were all very helpful and efficient. Nice part was the hotel is connected to a Western style mall with many dining options so you don't need a taxi to enjoy dinner. Bonus was the hotel is about...

We had 2 weeks in Beijing for a family visit. Due to bad smog we stayed indoors most days. It was easy to set up our work laptops in the lobby workspaces and be productive. Internet access was ordinary since a lot of our work involved Google and FB which are suppressed in China. This was circumvented with some downloadable...

Boutique hotel, not traditional four star style. For elder people, may not get used to. For myself, love it. Close to the airport and connected to a shopping mall, with plenty of restaurant and shops. Good location if you are not having meetings or work at city centre.
