Dear Alvenlam, Warm greetings from the St. Regis Beijing, we are delighted to know that you have enjoyed your stay with us. Our hotel facility is indeed very enjoyable, especially the natural hot spring which is brought from 1500 meters below ground at our recreation area. The Press Club Bar is indeed set to create a classic feeling which could be traced back to the golden age of the Astor family in the early 1930. We offer daily a delicate selection of food and beverages from 17:00 to 19:00 for all our guests to enjoy, and experience our evening ritual, the champagne sabering. We feel deeply sorry that your dining experience at the Garden Lounge was not as pleasant as the rest of your stay with us, your feedback will be looked into with a great deal, and we will revise our service standards in order to provide you with a better experience for your future visits. Should you wish to provide me with more details regarding your experience over the afternoon tea, please do not hesitate to contact me at Tingya.Chuang@stregis.com Wishing you a great start of 2019. Sincerely, Ting-Ya Chuang Food & Beverage Manager

Dear nilshey, we appreciate that you have chosen to reside at The St. Regis Beijing recently. My team of highly motivated, passionate professionals do everything to offer you - our valued guest - a most excellent and memorable stay. It fulfills us with great satisfaction to learn that we have accomplished our goal. I assure you though that we will not rest on our laurels but use your kind comments as catalyst to work even harder and more diligent to further improve our service quality. We appreciate your kind comments on the style of the hotel which indeed is in favor of many of our guests; we are also chosen because of our quiet yet central location, only 200 yards away from Jianguomen Subway station with as little as two stops away from the Forbidden City and neighboring WangFuJing area. Whilst facilities like the Iridium Spa with our unique HOT SPRINGS (mineral waters rising from 1500 m below the surface right into our Jacuzzi's right below the 25m indoor swimming pool next to the expansive, daylight flooded Athletics area) are being taken pleasure in, we pride ourselves to have some of the finest and most talented professionals on board and will certainly share your kind comments with them. Dear nilshey, we do hope that your travel will lead you back soon to this historical and pulsating metropolis as we - at The St. Regis Beijing - truly look forward welcoming you back very soon again to offer you the best of ourselves. Respectfully yours, Richard Deutl General Manager
