We took a cab to the hotel and the driver charged us 110 yuan. The room in the hotel iwas quiet spacious and close to the metro station.

There is a bar at the top outside of the hotel which is connected to the hotel...Looked very strange, we werent aloud to enter but people keep coming in the hotel (most of them drunk). Breakfast was very good. Also very clean hotel
Stayed here for 3 Nights. I've got some problems with this hotel.
The location is pretty good (across the train station and pretty close to some of the tourist attractions (such as the forbidden city).

The best part of this hotel is that it is brilliantly located. Close to the metro. All sightseeing and shopping is also close by. rooms are spacious enough. The breakfast spread is really nice. Staff was helpful in providing us vegetarian options.
We stayed one night between completing the Trans Mongolian railway and flying home.

Yes, they can, but it is quite overpriced. If yo donot think you can go alone to Great Wall - book it. All other important attractions - Forbidded City /Imperial Palace, Temple of Heaven / Tian Tan, Beihai Park can be arrouned privately. Ask the hotel to write on a piece of paper in Chinese the name of place you want to go, grab a taxi and go. Buuy a ticket (usually information also in English) and go. Trust your abilities and do not worry that you are in China!!!! Be sure to take hote vist card to know where to come back. Enjoy!!!!
