My parents were in Beijing on a personal business trip amidst the ever tightened and ever changing covid policy. Lucy in the front desk were beyond patient and empathetic to assist my parents figure out how to register for hospital to do PCR test, find out the time and schedule that works for them, etc. Without her, my parents would be lost. Not to mention the breakfast was healthy and has a lot to offer. If they go back to Beijing, they'll definitely stay there again. 100% recommend.

We were very impressed by this hotel. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Great shower with hot water. The shades blacked out the light well. My partner says “the breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel my entire life. The food was good. Large variety of Chinese and western breakfast foods”. Not much around this hotel as far as location but it was easy to take taxis and we had a well rested stay. Highly recommend!!

We stayed here recently for 2 nights whilst transitting through China. The hotel was situated in a great location, we walked for 7/8 miles each day to the parks etc. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had lots of complimentary amenities to offer. Breakfast the following morning was plentiful and had everything to offer, anything you can think of it was there. Would recommend this hotel to stay at, if we return to Beijing we would stay here again. Thank you. :)

I stayed here with family for a holiday on two separate occasions. This is easily one of the best HIE I have experienced worldwide. The location of the hotel is very good. Very close to the airport express and takes a easy 15 min walk. It's also very close to the subway as well as key bus stops that can take you into the interesting areas of town. Starting with check in, very quick and efficient. We arrived very early (8am) and was hoping for an early check in. The staff apologized to which I was rather disappointed but only to find out that they're apologizing for a 30 min delay to our check in at which they gave us free breakfast at the buffet hall. Great gesture that my family truly appreciated after flying all night. The breakfast buffet for a HIE was incredible. Probably one of the best I've ever had not only for a HIE but also HI and a lot of crowne plazas too. Only downside was that it was very focused on Chinese breakfast style which I didn't mind at all but for others may have issues. The variety and freshness was out of this world. Lots of fresh fruit, salads, different types of soy milk, cooked dishes, local breakfast eats, steamed buns, made to order wonton and noodle soups, juices, breads etc....the breakfast area also had a Xbox and wii for the kids. My son made use of the wii which was a very nice touch. The room was rather small as I've come to expect of an HIE, however it was well organized, clean, comfortable with a large shower. The daily housekeeping did a great job in tidying up our mess. The hotel also had DIY laundry facilities at a cost of 20 rmb per cycle for wash and separately for drying. Very good as we were on a two week trip which helped a lot to make sure our clothes are clean. English ability of staff I think is generally ok. I didn't test this out since I spoke mandarin. Well maintained, clean rooms. Take rooms facing garden and residential blocks for quieter experience, or facing the street for views of the city. Service level impeccable, with hotel staff, from the reception to the doorman to the chambermaid, clearly wishing to serve guests well. Breakfast is good too with a good spread of food items. Hotel is about 20 min casual walk to the Sanlitun shopping area. About the same walking time to Dong Si Shi Tiao (DSST) subway. Alternatively the free shuttle to DSST or Dongzhimen operates weekday mornings.

My husband and i stayed recently stayed 7 nights at this hotel. It was close to the MTR station (10min walk) and the check-in was quick and efficient. Room was clean and we did not encounter any noise (15th floor). It had an electric kettle for tea and coffee, basic shower items and hair dryer. Doorman was very helpful in flagging down or calling for taxis. Nearby bank for ATM services. Breakfast had a great selection and since we went early (6:30am to 7:30am) to start our day, it was not that busy. It is within the correct rings for tour guides to pick you up and has a great peking duck restaurant across the street - Jing Zun Peking Duck restaurant.

First time in China, we used the hotel pick up service from the airport arranged through Booking.com. All excellent. Hotel clean, Good large room. Robes, slippers and all the expected toiletries. Good location for getting around.

Had to stay overnight in Beijing, and decided to stay at this hotel even though its about 35 mins by taxi ( but this is accessible with the airport express train) . Even though I arrived past midnight, the receptionist was very courteous and helpful. She even gave me a warm soy drink as it was freezing when I arrived. Check in was quick and efficient. The doorman helped me with my two baggages to my room as well. The room was clean with all the necessary amenities including an electric kettle for tea or coffee. Basic shower amenities were available. Check out was equally very efficient with very cordially personnel. The doorman helped me to get a taxi to the airport too. Overall, it was a very good stay in this hotel. There is a money changing machine in the lobby for those who cannot make it to the nearby bank to change to local currencies.…

The hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. 15-20 minute walk from the airport express train station. Price was fair, if not bordering on inexpensive. Despite the reviews I thought the breakfast was great with a nice selection. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very good experience over a 3 day stay to visit our son who lives close. The location gave easy walking access to metro, restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and modern with a small gym we did not use.
