This is not so much a hotel as a family operating a few rooms in an apartment building. The staff are friendly and have English capabilities. Rooms are not well maintained. They wouldn't accept a foreign credit card. Location is central, once you find it.

Had a great 7-day stay here. Room and bathroom are spacious, bedding clean, all appliances work well, and English-speaking Office staff on-hand 24 hours attending to my queries and request. Best of all is the owner Mr Liu who personally attends Office. His helpfulness went way above call of duty! He took me to ChinaTelecom and ChinaMobile sorting out my...

I stayed at this hotel as follow our company's booking. The hotel looks nice from outside however they really need to do better maintaining. Not really clean bed, the bathroom is quite cramp, the air conditioning is quite good but a little bit noise. The breakfast is very very basic, I have not ate anything at this hotel. The staff...

Before to came in Season's park we were in a five star hotel and honestly this is much better!!!! The apartment was very clean, beautiful compound (tennis court, basketball court...). The position is perfect if you want to visit Beijing during the day and enjoy the city at night (it's very close to Sanlitun area). the staff is very well...

Although this is marketed as New Oriental Suites in Season’s Park, it isn’t a hotel. It is just a collection of privately managed apartments within a large, gated apartment complex. There is no reception, no signage, nothing whatsoever to indicate the existence of “New Oriental Suites.” Season’s Park (海晟名苑, 东直门外) is a large and modern gated apartment complex, very popular...

Although not as charming as a boutique hotel in the Hutongs, this is a really good place to stay when visiting Beijing. Location is fine, a quiet residence block close to the subway (Airport express also stops here). The rooms are spacious and come with a small kitchen and a washing machine, which is handy. Various supermarkets nearby, including a...

I chose New Oriental Suites because it was the first hotel I saw on trip advisor with all positive reviews. Well, it is not a hotel exactly. It is studio-style apartment with all necessary facilities that you can think of:washing machine, fridge, micro-oven, toaster, coffee machine, bows, plates, cutlery...I have to say the owner is really considerate and thoughtful to...

My wife and I stayed here for 8 nights, the apartment was located on the 20th floor. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, that's uncommon in China. Minor problems, washing machine did stuck in wash cycle and did not advance, I completed the laundry by doing rinse and spin cycles manually; microwave plate did not rotate. There was...

Review New Oriental Suites Beijing An apartment at New Oriental Suites is an ideal way to spend several days (or weeks) in Beijing. The location is convenient, the management is very helpful, and the rates are an excellent value (about half as much as a business class hotel room in central Beijing). Located an easy 10-15 minute walk east of...

We stayed in an studio apartment for 6 nights. The welcome was pleasant and warm. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we could do some work at the desk (however, we had only one chair...) Sufficient closet space for two persons. Good size bath room and nice shower. (toilet had some minor problems, but my...
