Easy to get to via the underground, but apart from that not value for money. The staff are very unhelpful and just want to get you through the door to make money after youre in they don't give a flying as long as you pay, any little help you ask for is received with a sigh. As a visitor to...

We decided to book just 2 days before our arrival... So all of the hostel were full and we haven't got the choice to choose this one even the bad comments. We arrived very late in the night, at first we didn't find the door... For the Check in we needed to wait and wait because the "receptionist" was overbooked....

Most of the staff can't speak English well and are generally very unfriendly.. looks like someone needs to tell them about good customer service? There are "common bathrooms" unless you pay 300RMB for a private room, these toilets are cleaned a few times a day. Decent, i suppose but at times i walked in on utter crap. The showers don't...

The hostel is located behind the Zhaolong Hotel. It is right near the subway, line 10 Tuanjiehu exit B. The first floor has the reception, a few computers for internet use (I think 10RMB per hour) a dining area (meals are about 25RMB) a kitchen area and laundry (20RMB). The hostel does have wireless but it doesn’t go through to...

The one positive English review is for the Zhaolong Hotel, not hostel. So discount that one. This is by leaps and bounds the worst place I have ever stayed. Granted, it's a hostel, one can't expect much. But you ought to be able to expect basic things. The staff couldn't keep track of who was staying in what room. The...

Dirty, dusty, expensive (8 kuai a 2yuan map, 4kuai a 1kuai small bottle outside, 10kuai an hour for an utmost slow internet connection) Common bathrooms are kept clean twice everyday, but wall painting is falling apart and furnitures and heating systems are antiquated and rusty. Unless you wanna pay as much for worse service than in France... Flee it here......

Don't go here!! An absolutely awful experience. The staff ARE NOT multilingual, and i found them to be rude and unhelpful. We arrived quite late at night after a long flight from the UK. We were not helped at all with baggage, and there is no elevator/lift so you have to haul your luggage up by yourself. No help there....
