This hotel is large and noisy. And our bathroom had a very bad odour as did the rest of the hotel. The dining room floor was very dirty, so much so that I didn't eat breakfast there on the final two mornings of our four night stay as I wondered how clean the kitchen would be. There was little evidence... More

We stayed at this hotel in November as we got bumped out of the hotel we were to stay in because of the Communist Convention there at the time. We too were booked on a Nexus tour. The hotel had no atmosphere and it was dark as in half the lights didn't appear to be on. I guess they were... More

Bought a deal to stay at this hotel. It was considered cheap. Wasn't expecting much, but to my surprise, the interior of the room was superb for the price I paid. Bathroom consists of showers and bath tub. It's clean as well. It even has swimming pool, sauna, ping pong table, and spa. I recommend this place

I have never written a review of a hotel before, and have yet (until now) experienced such bad customer service that I have been inclined to. This hotel was part of the Nexus tour of Beijing for 7 days. As a side note, half of the tour got to stay at another hotel... I am envious. My biggest issue is:... More

Hotel accommodation was part of the Beijing tour organized by Nexus Holiday Vancouver. Worn-out Towels with stains. Complimentary breakfast - cold food and cold coffee/tea.

Went as part of tour - so no choice. Service is poor and front office staff wanted to charge us when we asked for a copy of tourist information brochure. Breakfast begins only at 6:30am so if you have an early tour that leaves at 6:30am, there is no chance to grab a bite. Service staff told guests who were... More

Hotel has good facilities which show that they do wanna catch up with those international hotels. However, hotel service needs truly improving. 1.When we arrived, the room that was accorded to us seemed to be a good one. However, then we found that there was no window in room, but only one side glass wall facing the corridor. 2.There were... More

Our trip was booked as part of a tour so we had no choice. Having said that, next time I would not choose to stay here. The hotel and its rooms are nice, clean and new. Internet is provided and all the features are there and working. The beds are fantastically comfortable. However the location is hard to work with.... More

We booked a tour through our local travel agent and did not have the opportunity to select the hotel ourselves. C Kong was listed on Trip Advisor, but did not have a review so we were a little nervous about what it might be like. We shouldn't have been. The hotel was new, the staff was friendly, and the selection... More
