Good location, close to Forbidden City, Tienanmen Square, Mall strip, lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Rooms were spacious, but could use a good vacuum. The counter staff is very stiff, not really friendly. But relatively helpful if you make the effort to communicate with them. Phone translation app an extremely useful tool to have.

The hotel doesn't seem to be able to get the numbers right since day 1. Nevertheless room cleaning was great. On the last day they called a cab for us but couldn't fit in our 2 big & 1 medium luggages thus the boot had to be left open till the AirPort. useful information in case you need: airport express...

TianAn Rega offers their guests a lovely environment, nice hotel restaurant and rooftop bar. This hotel has good service hours for the restaurant and bar. The staff might not speak English but they really go out of their way to help you and be of service. The rooms are lovely and the hotel location is perfect. A simple rock throw...

This is a very good hotel to stay in when touring Beijing. 10-min. walk to Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, 5-min. walk to Wangfujing and 10-min walk to the nearest Metro station. As we were out most of the time, we didn't try nor get to see their restaurant and other amenities. Our room was big enough for our family,...

Didn't stay here but did go to the rooftop bar for cocktails and Peking duck. A hidden gem. Great views of the forbidden city and Beijing. We had the place to ourselves. Food better than average. Cocktails fair.

Stayed here for 3 nights upon arrival in China. Once we had our bearings we realised what a great location we had chosen. We knew it was only 5 or 10 mins walk from the forbidden city and Tiananmen square but it's also just 5mins from the night market (which is awesome) great food and weird food. Your also just...

From the photos that was posted, the Mgt seemed to have did some renovation to the facade of the hotel. The location as said by most visitors is its convenient to walk to Imperial Palace as well as Wang Fu Jing. The space in the room is also quite spacious. One of the most inconvenient part was that our tourist...

It is not the first time I am using Tianan Rega hotel; it has a great location, very close to the busy Wangfujing shopping and entertainment area, just behind Beijing Hotel. It has one of the richest Chinese style breakfast buffet, really very tasty...sometimes so tasty, that the customers eat it all and the staff forgets to refill !! So,...

Adjacent to some of Beijing's most expensive hotels and to Tiananmen Square this is an excellent example of a national hotel run for mainly Chinese tourists. Amenities are good and the staff was helpful and cheerful. The internal tourist office was also well run.The beds are not too hard and the water was hot and the room was clean and...

On the plus side - location, location, location! It is about 2 blocks from the Forbidden City, a block from shopping and eating, and a 30 min walk from Temple of Heaven. Bus stop and convenience store right outside the door, and the metro only a block away as well. The hotel and room were also clean. On the not-so-positive...
