Stayed in Sept and Oct 2016 with Sinorama. The hotel was dirty but worst of all the shower was full of black mold. I ask the manager to have the mold cleaned while we were out for the day but when I came back it had not been touched. Also the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable.

We were excited at first to see the room; it was on an upper floor with a nice view and the bathroom was nice. We discovered that calling the bed hard would be a gross understatement. I like a firm mattress, but this was ridiculous. It was like sleeping on a box spring with no mattress at all. The rest...

We stayed here for three nights on a Sinorama tour of China and whilst the hotel looks all right on the surface, we were faced with a few issues. The room itself, whilst appearing clean on the surface, was definitely tired and needed a really good deep cleaning, especially around the tiles in the bathroom and the edges of the...

We were brought here with our Sinorama tour group. The room was a good size, reasonably clean although the carpet was stained, with a decent bed and pillows. The bathroom was nice. We found here, as everywhere in China, there was difficulty finding people who can speak English in the hotels (I'm not saying that they should have to, it's...

Stayed over this hotel for 3 nights with family (2 + 2 kids). I booked this hotel at the last minute. Our originally booked hotel was full due to the rain storm in Beijing and the only rooms left were on the top floor of the building and leaking. Before I checked in this hotel, I called to ask for...

Stayed here as part of Sinorama tour. Room was large and clean. Good breakfast in quantity and quality. Fairly well located but that is a secondary concern as we were picked up here by tour bus. Comfortable bed and the shower was clean and plenty of hot water.

This place has fabulous reviews and I am sure had I just stayed a few nights like most people who stay who are on a tour I would concur, however it is as many have noted, a hotel with peculiarities. First up: the staff is mostly non-English speaking. Getting directions or locations for dinner other than the local mall (one...

We stayed in this hotel for three nights as part of Sinorama Tours package. At first did know what to make out of this hotel. The lobby was enormous well clean and beautiful. Do not remember if we had Wi-fi in the rooms because I had my own Wi-fi from the states. Rooms are spacious and clean. We noticed the...

We stayed here as part of our Sinorama tour of China. It was our first hotel on the trip and we stayed there 3 nights. The hotel has the best gym you've ever seen in a hotel. I think it's actually open to non guests as well. This hotel is close to the excellent subway and the staff, most of...

This is quite away from the centre of Beijing but has good access. The rooms were of a good quality, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area has a number of restaurants, shops and markets which are well worth exploring. Some of the nearby restaurants are quite good. There is a very handy local shop next door selling the requisite wine...
