When booking I was given 3 different rates from different departments. When I called to make payment the team said that I should contact whoever I talked to on their social media and pay them direct. I WAS BAFFLED! Check in took forever, we were given our room that resembled a store. The AC was barely working, the sheets and towels etc all looked like they have been there since the hotel opened. ANALOGUE TV sets WITH NO CHANNELS!. The phone room was not working. We requested for a room change. However the room was on the top most floor (no elevators). Room was ok until when we came back and fell asleep, the power went out IN OUR ROOM ONLY. Technicians took an hour to get there. All this time we were staying at the balcony at 2am because the room was hot as hell. Finally at 2:30 they moved us. At 8am we were told to go back to our previous room. Food was mediocre - we only ate there once on arrival. All inclusive drinks were very potent low end spirits. They also provided bottled water in the rooms which needed openers. The openers came 30 minutes later. They do not have "do not disturb signs". Room service would knock every 30 minutes to clean even after screaming severally that I did not need them to come by! The had no fridges in the rooms for when you craved cold water. The hotel has a loud disco/ entertainment daily that ends at 11pm. UP SIDE: HOTEL IS NEXT TO YULS WHICH HAS THE BEST FOOD! We ate and ran here for our whole stay. CONCLUSION: I am NEVER coming back.

Well maintained swimming pool, Clean Rooms with beautiful Sea view. Woke up to ocean views every morning and spent the rest of the days in the pool and on the beach. First time I came here with a family member through a travel agent. The room was standard but the service was excellent. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. I mean if you were at the far corner of the hotel and needed a drink and no waiter was within sight, you could ask the gardener and they'd be so happy to organise it for you. The food was great with lots of variety. They have friendly animation crew to keep you occupied with activities incase you get bored of laying on the pool beds. experience was soo good, that I came back with my mom and two weeks later booked my parents in two weeks later. They had a wonderful experience! TIP, it's better to call the hotel and book on your own instead of an agent. I've done both and I prefer calling in myself. They're very quick to respond and incase they have to consult, they call you right back. They are also gappy to give you a discount😉
