Very disappointing. The hotel is lovely but very dirty, a lot of dust in the rooms my family fell sick due to allergies to dust. Most of all the service was poor, none of the staff members wear masks even while serving food, even if they wear they wear below their mouth which defeats the purpose. The hotel does not take covid regulations seriously.
