I rented an apartment here for a number of months and it was a complete disaster.. Day one the neighbours were fighting and police were called. Internet problems.. They promised to create a gym and this wasn’t done - after 4 months They made me pay for maintenance and then charged me for painting when I left when it was never done when I lived in??? Management is a disgrace and just money grabbers, no care for tenants, just $$$ Weekends are noisy - fine if on holiday but not if you want quiet / peace.. For the price they charge and services offered- I’d go somewhere else.. much better to be found around Mombasa, unless you accept sub standard service and a management team that just don’t care for you!
Clean, safe, and spacious apartment. All of the staff were welcoming, hardworking, and friendly, and the food was delicious. We stayed in a two-story apartment for two nights. One of the balconies had a spa. Pool looked inviting, and we will definitely stay here, again.
Beautiful place with good ambience, nice food with a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean, security tight and quality service from the staff. Amazing and awesome. Place be when in Mombasa boat service available.
The most amazing place for a getaway. Service is fabolous...staff from the manager to house keeping are professional,ever smiling and ready to assist at every point.The boat ride was breathtaking-got to see views of Mombasa from the ocean.The swimming pool is magnificent. The apartments are perfect -well furnished and spacious-we were in a one bedroom airconditioned apartment with a great view of the ocean and a clear view of the city. I will definetly come back.
The place is magnificent, serene and tranquil.The apartments are excellent, very clean , spacious and views the ocean.The balcony is big and well ventilated. The chef did not disappoint- all our meals were on point and delicious...not to mention the captain...all the resident staff were friendly and welcoming...customer experience on another level.I will definately go back on my next holiday.
