The fact that our room had a leaky toilet should tell you all you need to know about the cleanliness of this hotel. The food was horrible and the service slow. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Additionally, the pictures of the rooms can be quite misleading.
I liked my stay here. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The drain of the sink didnt drain all the water, but it was still okay. Very good location too. In the city center, but still in a quiet corner.
Spent one night here while on transit through Mombasa. Centrally location is a highlight. The room was moderately spacious, clean with good mosquito nets. Clean bathroom with open shower and good hot water. Service was poor - reception staff not very friendly, we felt unwelcome.
