Great experience at Azul margarita. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially kennedy. The pool was big, clean and enjoyable. The food was Mmmmmmwa.. can't wait to be back. Thank you 💕😊
We had great experience at Azul margarita. Rooms very spacious, clean and we could get fresh breeze direct from the ocean. The food was fantastic, fresh and very enjoyable. I recommend any one to visit the facility and see the greatness of this place. Will come back very soon.
Do not trust what the website shares about this hotel. It is dirty, unsafe and severely not well kept. We were surprised and scared to see that the only access to the beach was through a barbed wire fence. The bathrooms were gross, there were bugs crawling on the walls..I could go on and on. Do not waste your money.
Quite an amazing experience to be with you for 3 days. I couldn't imagine a better facility inthe neighbourhood of the area. I encourage you to consider providing organic coffee. The coffee satchest was below expectations for me. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay especially the conference facilities were awesome.
I had a two night stay here and was very pleased. Great ambiance. The facility is not your usual large hotel but its medium size provides an absolutely warm home feeling. The staff are warm and very responsive to your needs and go out of their way to make your stay worth it.
Excellent service, spacious and clean rooms, tasty food. Home away from home!!.. so much love around. Thank you Monlynn, Latifah, Linet Oliech and the rest of the staff for showering us with the best hospitality.
We were a big group visiting Mombasa for 3 nights and we were extremely disappointed by state of this hotel. What is advertised and what you get are two different things. This is not a 3 star establishment! The bathrooms were the worst & rusty & dirty and we had call maintenance several times to get the water flowing and air conditioning to work. Do not stay here unless you like substandard accommodation. The hotel is appalling and it needs a major renovation!
The place is terrible. You walk into the room and there were broken taps and broken door handles. The place is run down and substandard - we refused to stay there and moved to another more decent hotel.
The Hotel is a bit hidden , no sign post on the main road to Malindi, you enter through a Petrol Station then you will see their Sign Post. A very small lovely hotel with both apartments and normal Hotel rooms. We arrived on the 24th December when many guests were checking in but the staff were very quick and nice and we didn't have to wait for so long before we were taken to our room. The General Manager Ms. Judy was on hand to ensure all guest were well taken care of which I found very special, thanks to her. I had booked the hotel back in August and we were given very good apartments on the 2nd floor, the view from there was awesome. It was facing the ocean and you could listen to the tides hitting the perimeter wall of the hotel since it is right at the beach. The secret is to book early to get the best rooms like 301 and 302. We were a family of 6 so we booked 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments. The apartments have utensils for those who want to cook for themselves, you are free to do the same. The place is close to Mombasa island so we made many tours to various places with ease. The beach boys are polite and if you tell them no, they will leave you alone since they also have nice tours also to the Marine Park and the reef which is worth trying. …
A very good hotel with very friendly and caring staffs. Madam Maua at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and caring. Food, gym, pool very good with a beautiful oceanic view. As a family, you made us feel at home away from home. The experience was great. Be sure we shall be back God willing. David & Delphine family.
