We spent 3 nights at the Royal Mara and from the moment we landed at the airstrip to our very very sad departure it was perfect . The staff are lovely it is like a happy family everyone making sure your stay is perfect . I suppose everybody thinks they had the best but we can only say Our driver...

We spent a few nights at the royal mara at the start of august, we organised everything via email including our mombasa air flights to and from the mara. I would definatly recommend doing this as it went without any problems. However if your travelling from your beach hotel set off in good time as our taxi from our hotel...

I must confess I am biased regarding the Royal Mara. I have enjoyed all THREE of my stays at the Royal Mara. This should speak for itself. Aside from the lodging (which is amazing, surpassed only by the location on the Mara River and the food, I found the staff so wonderful that I became invoved with their soccer team...

Both my wife and I have just returned from what can only be described as a trip of a lifetime at the Royal Mara Safari Lodge. The place is amazing, the staff great and the game viewing superb. From the moment we took off in our twelve seater plane from Malindi, on the coast, it was like all my childhood...

We had a marvellous 1st anniversary celebration at the Royal Mara. Impeccable service, stately rooms with great attention to detail, delicious food and not to mention wonderful game viewing in the Mara (we saw the Big 4; the leopard was elusive). JAMBO,Stayed here from the25th- 28th August, staff fantastic, lodges amazing, Game drives fab.It was our Anniversary on the day we arrived,at the evening meal the Masai danced for us and brought us a cake,this was so amazing.Ask for Julius to be your driver he is so patient.We will be back.

This was our first safari trip to Africa and we didn't know what to expect. When we landed at the airstrip our driver Julius was there to greet us with a smile. We stopped at the Royal Mara for 3 nights/4 days and i must say this is a fantastic place, the Setting, the accomodation, the people, the service and the experience, there were 7 of us travelling with a mixture of adults and teenagers and i think it is fair to say that we have all come away with lifetime memories...
