One of my favorite camps in the Mara - and affordably priced. This is a good example of sensible luxury! The food is wonderful, the tented rooms (with a bathtub in the back) are amazing! And the staff and owners are kind and helpful. I've stayed here at least three times and have another trip planned for May.

Brilliant camp on the edge of the Mara, set in the bush in beautiful surroundings. Genuinely friendly staff, good food and an amazing local Maasai guide Simon. We were lucky to have one of the directors, Nick, at the camp who told several good stories around the camp fire pre dinner. Very comfortable tents.

This was my first experience in Kenya and on Safari. I was amazed at our accommodations!! I have traveled quite a bit and work in the hospitality industry, and this place had great service. The tents were well kept and had amazing views. The hot water and in-tent bathroom I was not expecting so a very pleasant plus. The food...

Sekenani is a fantastically positioned camp in the conservancy at the inner edge of the Mara. Beautifully hidden in amongst the trees and built in total harmony with nature making it invisible from the outside. Large wildlife like elephants, buffaloes and a leopard approached the camp and smaller game among which monkeys, Bush baby and a beautiful Civet actually came...

My most interesting Christmas holiday ever. Stayed four nights with my wife at Sekenani camp during the Christmas holidays. Atmosphere was very peaceful and serene. The staff are very welcoming, treating us like a young couple on their honeymoon even though we are already seven years in marriage, and the camp was like a home away from home. Every experience...

Amidst a dense forest lies Sekenani Camp. The intimate camp can only been seen when in it as it is hidden amongst a forest of old and mostly indigenous trees. Comfortable tents with bath tubs on platforms arranged well amongst the trees so no guest can see another tent. Animals, big and small wonder in. Lunchtime is made livelier by...

This is our fourth trip to the Masai Mara, each to a different location. We have stayed deep in the park at a luxury lodge and twice in conservancies in luxury tented camps. We were very impressed with Sekenani. At first we were apprehensive with the location on the map - to access the park you must back-track the 6...

What to say about this most amazing place? My husband introduced me to the Sekenani Camp in 2011, and we have come back every year since. It is our go to place to get rid of all the stress accumulated over many months of work. The moment you arrive you are met with people full of generosity. Every single person...
