I discovered this hotel by chance after leaving a horrendous bed and breakfast the day before. The staff were helpful and courteous, taking me through the rooms before I booked. I initially planned on a bed only stay, but when I decided to have breakfast I got an upgrade from a single to a double. There was plenty of hot...

Stayed for one night. Solo female, arrived late. Wasn't really sure about the place when I arrived. Clean, simple. Turned out to be a good location for checking out the downtown area of Nairobi. Staff were great.

For a first time trip to Nairobi I was a little anxious however the staff at Kenya Comfort went above & beyond to ensure the safety of the guests. There was security at the entrance & they were helpful for getting safe & reliable taxis & giving directions to local attractions. The rooms were fine, reasonably priced for what you...

We are surely humbled by your honest review regarding your stay with us. Due to some over -riding factors related to policies, many tend to post reviews which don’t reflect their actual experience. It’s rare to get honest guests like you and we wish you well in the new year. John Kiriama General Manager

Pretty located in the center of the city. All u need u can find easily . Be aware that you will get a traffic disaster just in front of that hotel. Anyway I found a free parking lot next to it. The hotel itself is quiet easy made. But it's clean, that was my only concern . The room is...

Thank you for sharing your experience regarding your stay with us. We have reserved one parking lot as drop off or pick up point for our guests as we realized that there was dire need for that. Our location being in Central Business District traffic is a little bit of an issue since we don’t have much control over it,...

This hotel was ok, very basic. I stayed in September 2015 as a solo traveler. The room was clean and simple. Had a flush toilet, hot shower, double bed, tv (few channels), and lockable cabinet. There was a lot of security, people were friendly, and the food was good. It is not really much of a 'tourist' hotel, I was...

I stayed here for one night. I am a 25 yo female solo traveller. The hotel is located well in the centre of Nairobi. The standard room is very basic. One double bed, one wardrobe and a table in quite a small space. The bathroom has a toilet, small sink and shower all in the one tiny room space of...

The hotel is right opposite the riverside bus company, so ideal if your catching a bus to Tanzania or have come over on one. The only difference between a budget room and a standard is a TV so unless your keen on TV go budget. The rooms are small, very small. The breakfast is plentiful but up to you if...

I went to Nairobi for one week of business trip and stayed at Kenya Comfort. The location of the hotel is perfect. Within one minute you can walk to the big supermarket Nakumatt and a lot of other shopping possibilities. I was alone on a business trip to Comoros and transited via Kenya. Hotel situated in the city centre, very friendly staff, great security guards at the door always helping you with your luggage and felt very secured in the hotel, perhaps because of the huge locked doors too. One great thing is that the restaurant is open 24/24h so...
