The service in the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and spacious.. Breakfast was buffet style and quite lovely. The service in the cocktail lounge was a bit slow despite not being busy but nonetheless I would return.

The place to be. Ambiance wonderful, hospitality is outstanding. The only hotel in the industry whose profits are channeled to humanitarian work. I salute the leadership. Has the biggest health club in the country. Wi-Fi throughout. Ambulance at their teach in case of any evacuation. This is wonderful

another trip to The Boma and using the confernce centre. As always the entire team do all they can to help and please. My room in The Boma is always clean and tidy, the bar staff always helpful. Sitting outside at the bar outside of Boma Inn brings a relaxed and less formal option to The Boma. I will return...

Great for conferences and meetings. Food is not great though. We asked for a la carte menu but they couldn't provide it.Buffet menu can be boring to the taste. We were surprised that the Chief Chef came to tell us that they can't fix meals on special order.

This is where you want to be! A room may be a room but the Boma offers a home staffed with friendly staff, whom are highly trained within service and hospitality. The food is great and the facilities are above expectations. To top it all off the proceedings go straight to the Red Cross. It doesn't get better!
