We stayed here with very small children, after 'escaping' from Maki Apartments. We were given a crib at no extra cost and the washer/dryer, like some other guests noted, was absolutely a huge plus! The staff were also polite and helpful. We didn't have to eat the hotel food, so I can't comment on it. My only minuses were the...

There is no bar . Only a restaurant without liquor licence. There are lots of other restaurants and bars in walking distance . There is also no fitness centre . Wifi is usually at 4mbps. The place is clean, maintenance is good and staff is usually helpful . More a place for long term staying guests .

Meltonia was a beautiful experience; serene, clean, safe environment, well maintained & managed, value for money & accessible. Maybe breakfast wasn't of rich varieties but it wasn't bad at all. The staff were warm & welcoming. Always willing to help to ensure guests have a memorable time at their Luxury suites. The suites were always & thoroughly clean. I didn't...

I frequent Meltonia and all is perfect but for the breakfast. It is the worst I have taken anywhere. I believe the chef has no or very little of how to prepare the simplest meal of the day. The location is perfect however and you can grab food from many food outlets that are in close proximity to the hotel....

Breakfast was poor, no one seemed to care all was left was old coffee and no bread or cereal when i got there at 9. Skip that. Upon check out i was told to pay for a bag of toiletteries...

I stayed at the Meltonia Luxury Suites on 3 different occasions in February 2014. Each stay was very pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located, has a very nice pool, excellent staff, and each apartment was spacious, kept very clean and was well equipped including a washer/dryer. I would highly recommend this as a nice "home away from home" place to...

Nice hotel, good location, close to the airport, easy to get to. Most tour operators know it, and drivers too. They arranged airport transfer for us - which worked out really well, and we used the same driver again. Rooms are clean, spacious - it's more like an aparthotel - with a kitchenette.

Fantastic staff, these service apartments are very modern, stylish and tastefully decorated. I stayed in the penthouse which has nice view of the Hurligham area. The downside is you will have to use a taxi a lot if you don't have a personal car because of the distance to Ngong road. Highly recommended.

Just for one night before the safari but I still didn't feel right .The room didn't have any hot water. The facility was dirty ,especial the shower floor.I have to put the towel at the bottom to step on it .Of course since one of my luggage was delayed until the next morning. All my toiletries was on that bag .Really in...

Booked a great hotel deal, then found an excellent tour guide as well! This hotel was very nice and well priced via online deals. Not too far from the city, very good accommodation, nice breakfast, lovely pool, and pleasant staff. The wifi connection was great and good hotel security. The best part of the trip was my choice of airport...

“Barking dogs in to one of the neighbouring yard can be a problem. Safe didnt work. The cooker and hotwatertank broke down and we had to use the next apartments bathroom. The breakfast is ok, but would have been much better if they managed to keep bacon, sausages etc. warm. In the restaurant you can get wine, but only by the bottle, which put me off. Book online. Much cheaper”
