Could not see the room well as there was only one light bulb working in the two overhead lights. It was so dark that it could have only been a 40 watt bulb. The toilet/shower had the fluorescent light bulbs removed as the on/off switch was broken, our torches for use on safari came in handy. Could not get wet...

The location of the hotel is at a remote end of Nairobi city. The entrance of the hotel stinks of garbage and litter. The rooms have antique touch with wooden flooring and are tastefully done up.The issue of hot water needs to be resolved. I stayed there for 3 nights and have repeatedly requested for some plumber/staff to rectify the issue of...

A very good budget hotel for short stays, staff members are great and food is lovey. They also have a sports and outdoor bbq. It is a rather old fashioned hotel, however it does provide all modern facilities

Great staff, pretty good food but it takes some time to get it. This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent and the grounds are wonderful. The outdoor dinning is excellent and beautiful. I book groups in here as I bring medical teams in to do mission work. Great rates and again the staff is amazing.

Otherwise it is very hard to sleep without biting. So do not think you can sleep well without putting spray. Anyway the stuff were very friendly. Meals were delicious. The...

Hi, this s an awful place off the middle of Nairobi. The day-room rates refers for sex rooms as a motel. There are other rooms for overnight stays, but they do not escape the zest pool of prostitutes and Johns coming in and out the hotel. As expected in this sort of place, service is no-where to be found. There...

To be fair, the Sirona while shabby and dated is still a decent find for those on a tight budget, as Nairobi does not offer many options (for a large room, private bath, and free WiFi) under US$70 night. They also have day room rates for US$35. However, if you are over 35 and your days trying to travel around...

Sirona Hotel is a small little treasure. It is very comfortable, affordable, and calm. It is easy to get to the city, but also nice to just hang around the hotel gardens. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a market nearby for shopping. I would stay here again for sure.
